Chapter 219 Bargain

Ravel looked at Ichigo with detemination. She failed to persuade her big brother to give up on the duel, therefore, she came here to gamble her luck and see if it would work with Ichigo. However, deep down, she knew it was a long shot.

She prepared to bargain with him. She even thought of giving herself to him in exchange for her brother's safety.

"And are you from Gremory?" Ravel was curious when she saw his hair color. Only Gremory would have crimson hair like this.

Ichigo tilted his head. Even though he had crimson hair, he was not from Gremory.

"No, I am not from Gremory but Bael. You said that you came here to bargain. But I want to know, What do you want to bargain for?" Ichigo asked directly. He was intrigued as to why Riser's little sister would come to him to do bargaining.

"I want to bargain for you to give up on the duel, and I will compensate you for your loss," she responded confidently. With her origins, anyone ought to know that she was very wealthy.

She had many treasures that she could compete with, even dragons.

"Sorry, but I can't. I won't give up on it even if you give me the whole world." Ichigo would never hand Rias to anyone. She was his lover and childhood friend.

Ravel expected this kind of answer from him. However, she didn't think that his response would be this intense.

"You… Are you in love with Rias Gremory?" Ravel asked with a tinge of marvel and admiration. If he clashed with her brother out of love, then it was a different matter.

"I have a new bargain. Please help my big brother if he did something stupid during the duel. And I will give you whatever you want in return. Even myself." Ravel offered. Strong devils commonly had many lovers, and Ravel was certain that offering herself would seal the deal.

Ichigo looked at her and spoke with a very stern tone.

"I can promise you about helping your brother but after teaching him a lesson, I can't accept you. How old are you?" Ichigo asked suspiciously. Ravel looked very young. She could be the same age as his little sister.

"I am sixteen years old!" Ravel yelled, her voice snapping with agitation. Why had people always thought that she was just a kid?

"You're still too young to offer yourself. What the heck are you even thinking?" Ravel was brutally scolded. She should be angry, but she could tell that he was just being nice to her.

"You should go back and stop thinking about using yourself as a bargaining chip." Ichigo was about to close the door, but Ravel obstructed him.

"I—I understand your concern, but what about the bargain? If you don't want me then what do you want in return?" Ravel still didn't get his answer. She wanted him to promise her that he would help her brother if he did something stupid.

"I promise you. However, I don't think you could give me anything. I don't lack anything." Ichigo had everything he needed, and there was nothing more she could offer. To be honest, not even her whole family could compare to him if he were to be serious about gaining wealth.

He could create artifacts that were almost the same level as sacred gear, after all. And he was now joining hands with Serafall to deal a huge blow to the Phenex family.

After today, Phenex's tears would not be needed anymore as there was something better and cheaper on the market.
