14 Chapter 14 Spend time with Akeno

Ichigo played with Akeno for some time now. And it was time for her to go back to do her homework.

And she almost got all the questions wrong. Ichigo couldn't help and he decided to help her.

She seemed to like him a lot and started to call him Ichi-chan.

"How can I solve this question Ichi-chan? It's really hard…"

Akeno felt that she was too stupid. But it was just math that she got all the answers wrong.

But on other subjects she could answer it all correctly.

So she wasn't stupid just not good at math.

Ichigo could solve it without even trying. It was just elementary level math.

But if he just told her everything. She wouldn't remember it.

He then taught her how to solve it. His explanation was simple and straight to the point. So Akeno could catch it pretty easily and start to use it.

"Wow… I think I understand everything now. Thank you so much Ichi-chan!"

Akeno smiled brightly. She thanked him by giving him one of her favorite snacks that she hid from her mother.

Ichigo accepted. He didn't like eating snacks much but seeing that Akeno really expected him to like it. So he made it look like he liked it.

"It's good."

Akeno became more happy just because he seemed to like her snack.

"I finished my homework, Let's go and play outside together Ichi-chan."

Akeno held Ichigo's hand and dragged him out of the house. She wanted to introduce him to everything that she would do when she had free time.

She brought him to the fish pond. She raised many beautiful fishes by herself.

And then she brought him to the little garden. She also took good care of flowers.

Her excitement when introducing him to everything seemed to make him feel sad.

It was like she didn't have any friends that she could share everything to.

If any of his friends knew what he thought. They would look at him weirdly. He shouldn't be the one to talk about having no friends.

If it wasn't for their affordance. He would be in an even worse situation than Akeno.

Ichigo spent some time with Akeno outside. Akeno was having so much fun while Ichigo made sure that she was happy.

Masaki raised him well. She always told him to be gentle with women if possible.

He always forgot about it but he would try to remember it.

"How is it? Is it fun to play with me?"

Akeno asked Ichigo shyly. This was the first time she played with someone her age.

Ichigo nodded and told her that it was fun.

"Really, Hehe. Then you have to visit me more in the future, okay."

Akeno looked at the sky. It was almost evening now.

She knew that he would go back home soon.

"I will, Don't worry. I know how to come to this place. And it isn't that far from home."

Ichigo thought that he might be able to come to this shrine every Saturday because it was on the way to Shinigami Headquarter in the human world.

Akeno when she heard that she smiled and showed him her pinky finger.

"Liar has to eat a thousand cakes and become very fat, you know."

'Thousand cakes? Wasn't it supposed to be a thousand needles?'

Ichigo knew not to say anything but pinky finger her. He made a promise and he would never go back on it.

"Then let's go back inside or my mom is going to be very angry."

Akeno held Ichigo's hand again and dragged him with her. Ichigo shook his head and let her do whatever she wanted.

It should have taken many days for them to see each other again.

She didn't go to school because someone tried to kidnap her before.

So she is homeschooled now.

While they were about to go inside the house.

Ichigo stopped her first.

"Wait. I felt many people hiding inside the house."

Akeno when she heard that her face went pale.

She seemed to know what was going to happen if they went inside the house.

"Don't worry, They are just normal humans."

That's why no one could feel them.

"What should we do, Ichi-chan? Should we call my mom and dad?"

She asked him. She didn't have anything that could call them. She left her phone inside the house.

"No, They already know that we are here and want to ambush us. If we go to the main house now. They would attack us."

Akeno became scared. Ichigo pulled her into a hug and whispered to her like he used to when he tried to comfort his twin sisters.

"Don't worry. Do you forget that I am very strong. They can't do anything to you if I am here."

Ichigo smiled and reassured her.

When he saw that Akeno had calmed down. He then used his fullbring ability.

His flower bracelet could let him control any plants or something that was made from it.

And inside the house that had so much wood in it.

He could control those wood and make vines that were strong like iron to catch them all.

They were just humans. They could not resist it at all.

The sound of the gun rang but it was useless.

That sound had already been heard by Baraqiel and Isshin. They would come here in a second.
