The letter contained important information regarding the appointed protector of Kuoh town.

It wasn't Onmyoji that he anticipated, but a Shinigami that he had never heard before. The letter described the Shinigami as a very powerful being, capable of wielding immense spiritual energy.

Soifon sighed in relief. Finally, her work here is done. She could go and visit Ichigo in Kuoh town and wait for Kokabeil to make his move.

She could negotiate with the governor of the Grigori, but why should she do that when she could get rid of the enemy and be done with it?
