Ground Tremors!

I woke up at 7:00 am. The alarm was ringing and I was deafened. I brought my hands to my ears and yelled stop it! And obligingly, the alarm stopped ringing.

Many questions arose in my mind. Where was the alarm first of all? How did it know precisely when I wanted to get up? Did the room have speakers installed somewhere? The good thing was I needed some time before practice.

I first went and had a bath. Once dressed, I took out the stuffs from my back pack one by one and placed it wherever I wished. The storage space of the room was another interesting thing. Each wall was filled with mysterious storages which you may even miss out.

I cleaned Magnum with a wet cloth and brought him back to his shine self. The battle-axe now proudly sat in my waist strap. By the time I finished everything, it was already 8:20. I had one last look before walking out of my room. Outside, I found Lily. As usual, she looked excited, ready for some morning action.

It was morning but still work was going on, people running here and there, building and fixing walls and making the headquarters bigger. Machines were also doing their work politely. Oliver was also out and soon Xavier joined us too. We chatted for a while and then met Wade who walked to us. "It is time DELTAs! Let's go." He said and led the way to the battle ground.

We practiced for about till lunchtime. We were getting better at the tests laid down and improved our teamwork as well. We had lunch at the battleground. R ock Flames brought us our meals. Burgers were served with ice-cream which came later. (Yes, we do have those foods at Darknor.)

The food was delicious. After such a meal, none of us were in a state to fight. We discussed about Raptor and the tension in the hour. The conversation ended as frighteningly as it had started. It reminded us of what we were about to face.

We roamed around the headquarters for some time and Wade showed us the garden. It was so beautiful, we almost forgot about the threat of Raptor.

We went back to our rooms for some sleep. By 5:00 in the evening, the horrible alarm began ringing once again. I got out of the bed and it stopped, almost as if it knew I had woken up. I freshened up and went out. Everyone was around. They looked at me.

"We have some bad news, Blaze. Roars of anger can be heard from the Forbidden Dungeon in the Saggron Jungle. Tremors of the ground are also being sensed by our DELTA Tremor Detector. I am afraid we only have time till tomorrow before Raptor frees himself." Rock Flames explained.

"We need to be prepared. After a small last practice, we will leave for Forbidden Dungeon tomorrow itself by 10:00 am. Please give us the details about the place." I announced. Rock Flames nodded. I suddenly felt as a leader. Everyone looked tense. I was too. Now we were finally heading to face Raptor.
