I worked hard shedding blood and sweat in the last 2 years .I have gotten taller than most children of my age . This was due to the intensive physical training sister has made me gone through to .
I had contact with the church in the Hage village through letters in which with sister's permission I share mana control exercises with Yuno and physical training plans for Asta . I really wanted to meet them but Sister would only allow me to meet them after I complete my training .
I also developed good friendship with the children of this Church . Sister gave the responsibility of teaching the young ones when I am not training . It's a routine for me to read a storybook before sleep to everyone . There is a library nearby to borrow books so there is not problem of shortage of books . I also tried learning from Sister as I had to help when she was not around . The people living around the Church are very friendly and easy to get along with . I made a lot of friends with whom I often mess around .
After punching and kicking mana absorbing rocks regularly and clashing against sister I was finally able to grasp intermediate mana reinforcement . I can use mana rotation like breathing giving me a lot of mana at disposal .After getting hit continuously my awareness increased at lot and I can now avoid most attack of sister creating a spell (basic ki ). Sometimes I wonder if all the names of the spell are derived from my understanding and previous knowledge .Sister has not about what KI is but she calls that beastly instincts . Even if I unlock the ability to use KI ,I am still far from properly understanding it . I would have to ask Yami Sukehiro for that
Sister filled me with many theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge like putting feelings into my magic . It increased my destructive power and temperature of my flames many folds .She gave me many books on martial arts to improve my combat quality . She also took me to hunting trips and too with teaching me more survival tips .
She once showed me what high level mana control looks like , she put a few trees on fire but surprisingly they didn't burn , not even a single leaf .
" When you reach a certain mastery , you could control what will and what wouldn't be affected by your magic . " is what is she said at the moment . In her prime she was once a high ranking member of The Crimson Lions , when she grew older she started teaching Fuegoleon and Mereoleona .

I didn't only train but also searched for a lot of information during my vacations I got from training.
I investigated about the currency of this world ,I knew it was 'yuls ' but didn't knew its value as I didn't actively go out of my way to buy anything .I found the location to the black market whose entrance is apparently same as the anime.
Investigating the magic knights I found that 70% of the members are royals and nobles with attitude and rest are people with connections and commoners. Most of the big squad has around 60-70 members while small squads have less . There is also a team that is directly under the command of the wizard king , I have no idea about their numbers though .
The work is divided into many parts, such has earth and similar mages did the construction and damage control ,some with fancy magic became guards of nobles and royals, some were sent to different regions to maintain order and some sent to borders for patrol. People with healing spells are rare so they usually stay in their bases. And lastly my favorite dungeon explorer and investigators .This was the least chosen because of high fatality rate. Mages in this squad are subjected to various deadly traps and natural hazards so less people had this job. If a mage is successful in getting the wealth in the dungeon he gets to keep some of the loot .
Today's lesson was something special . As I recall I asked sister what was the power criteria for captain was she was going to explain them to me.
I waited in my usual spot for sister to began her lesson.

"There are a lot of requirements to become a captain .
Grandmaster in the use of reinforcement mana , gathering enough achievements and good Leadership qualities . I don't know if its true or not but I heard that if you want to become wizard king you should be able to use Master level mana pressure .".
What is "mana pressure " I asked with curiosity .
"As the name suggests you can use your presence and aura as a weapon ,in which your mana will exert pressure in your surrounding .This pressure can be used to make people loose their will to fight and empower you attacks . If you spread your pressure around weaker animals to you then you submit to you .Not even all the captains can use it "
I was surprised by its description ."Do you have it" I asked ,
"See you yourself ".
She closed her eyes one and opened it while releasing her presence which traveled like a pulse covering he area , The area around me blurred and I found myself in a dark space with a giant leopard staring at me ,I felt as if each of my cells were screaming to run but my body didn't move .
I was quickly covered in sweat ,she stopped before it went too far .
That was horrifying !!
She said completely retracting her aura ."I can only use border level of mana pressure , so I don't know how to use it in my attacks or impose my will on others"
This revelation further shocked me . I stooped comparing this world with the anime counterpart long ago .Here magic knights die regularly and rate of corruption is pretty high. I don't consider myself of someone of noble heart but seeing the regular harassment of commoners and peasants make my heat ache .I get reminded again and again nothing can be achieved without strength.
I was brought out of my thoughts as sister gave me a beautiful dagger with red hilt and sheath .This was the dagger I got crafted as promised for completing her first phase of training . She said that I was ready for gaining real life combat experience .
"Take this money and mask and get yourself registered in Hunter guild ,come back soon ." I nodded and flew towards the hunter guild in forsaken realm . After two years of practice I was able to make 'jet flames 'a lot quieter .
If you are wondering what Hunter guild is .Its a unofficial organization made by outlaws and savages for hunting magical beasts and bounty on people's heads .The skin and organs of magical beasts are very useful in various need ,I can make a lot of money from this. People can exchange money for beast corpses from the employer .
I could finally put all my training into practice and experiment on magical beasts freely. There are various small scale and large scale criminal organization in the kingdom who recruit people from unofficial organization like these and don't want to be their target so soon so I am carrying a mask (simple mask with oval shape covering my face leaving hole for eyes and nose ) . With my height I don't won't look much different from an 14 or 15 year old , the age where most of the people leave their homes .
I landed in a forest in the common realm and went towards a building in the middle of forest on foot not to display all my cards so early .
As soon as I entered the guild ,eyes of all the people were on me ,I ignored all of them and went to the counter to get my id. "Are you sure you want to do this boy ,leave if you care for you life " said the tall person in the counter earning a jiggle from people around .I didn't react just asked for my id again .He didn't refuse this time ,I didn't use a fake name as there was no requirement ,once I joined a squad these people would avoid me .
"The mission page is over there ,don't die in the wild boy "he said .
I nodded and went to the mission board and exited the area with a relatively easy quest of hunting wild boars near Sosshi village .What I didn't see was a muscular man in black robe watching me from the corner .
