Chapter 3

[Clover Kingdom]

The shining bright moon hanging high above the kingdom brightly illuminated a small village with an overall population of a few thousand people and is located in the Forsaken Realm of the Clover Kingdom. A village that is located hundreds of kilometres away from the village known as Hage Village and walking on the quiet road to this village is someone clad in a black cloak and sleeping in a basket within his/her arms is a three-month-old infant.

The person quietly made his/her way into the village without anyone noticing him/her and came before the house of the village chief and placed the basket with the baby inside along with a letter.

KNOCK!!... CREAK!!

The person then knocked on the door in order to gain attention from the inhabitants of the house however just as the door was about to be open, he/she disappeared with a sudden gust of wind that blew just in time for the door to be opened by a beautiful long silver-haired young pregnant woman with azure blue eyes.

"Huh, there is no one here?... Huh, this is a child?!"

The lady after opening the door and seeing no one present looked around a little to see if there was a trace of someone being near their house however she saw nothing and just as she was about to close the door, he eyes were drawn towards something below her and she looked down her eyes widened in great when she saw the basket with the sleeping baby inside.

The woman's body froze up for a few seconds from the shock of having a baby at her doorstep despite it not being an uncommon thing when it comes to churches and when she regained her sense, she picked up the basket and brought it closer to inspect the baby to see that it was a body with pitch-black hair and slightly elongated ears.

"Huh, he is a baby boy but his cute face will certainly make his gender be mistaken as a girl and his name is... Lucifer Morningstar."

She also took and opened the letter that came with the child and from it, she came to know her new family member's name.

"Honey! Who is it that knocked on the door at this time of the night... Honey?!"

A manly voice suddenly called out to the pregnant lady who was caught up in the overwhelming cuteness of baby Lucifer so she didn't hear the call. This then led to the person responsible for the voice approaching her to check out something himself however he also became surprised when his wife suddenly turned around towards him with the most beautiful smile he had ever since in his life.

His eyes then darted towards her hands which held Lucifer passionately with no intention of ever letting him go. The two couples, without saying any words communicated by just reading their facial muscle movements to understand what the other wants to say and after a "very long" and exhausting mental battle with his wife, the man caved in to her desires.

"SIGH! There is no way that I can talk you out of this so, what is his/her name?!"

The young husband who seems to be in his early thirties sighed out loud after losing the mental argument with his and then asked for the name of Lucifer and whether he is a girl or a boy since he hasn't seen his face.

"It's a he and his name is Lucifer Morningstar."

"Lucifer, huh! That's some weird but good-sounding name and it seems to somehow carry a great bothering... Anyway, you two can wait here while I go up and prepare the baby crib that I brought home for him."

The husband headed upstairs to get the crib that he brought back home with him today from his travel to the castle town of the kingdom while leaving g behind his wife who took a sit and placed Lucifer on her lap.

"So, your name is Lucifer and mine is Celestine. I will be your mother from this day onwards so take good care of me and I will do the same, okay."

The pregnant woman whose name is now revealed to be Celestine spoke passionately to the still-sleeping Lucifer.

They stayed in their position for a few minutes before the husband who name is Richard came down and informed her about the crib. He then helped her up the stairs and into their bedroom where she placed Lucifer in the crib.

The flow of time soon fast forward to a few months.

[February, 17th]

"Everything is going to be okay, honey."

Richard held Celestine's hands gently in his hands while she breathed very heavily. It has been three months now since they found Lucifer at their doorstep and today is the day that they welcomed their own flesh and blood into the world of the living.

"Okay, Miss Celestine. I want you to relax your muscles and try to push out the baby but not with too much for or else your son will die. My assistant here will help lessen the pain that you will feel during the delivery process."

The female physician helping with the delivery instructed Celestine on what to do after she entered the room and got between her widely opened legs. She then gestured for her assistant to use her healing magic while she began the process of delivery.

Celestine following the instructions of the doctor used the bare minimum of her strength to push her baby out of her which caused the muscles at the top of her uterus to contract and push Kurayami towards your cervix.

This simple action of her uterus contracting and the pressure on the cervix caused her to suddenly be washed over by an extraordinary amount of pain that even a durable and enduring woman like her couldn't help but moan out in pain.

"Nnghh!"

"One more push, Miss Celestine!!"

"Nghh!!"

Celestine moaned out a few more times as she used the very hard minimum of her strength to squeeze the child through her narrow tunnel and soon, the baby was welcomed to the world.

"Wah! Wahh!! Wahhh!!!"

"Congratulations, Miss Celestine and she is a very healthy and strong baby girl, now you can rest and I will go and inform your husband about it."

The physician congratulated Celestine on the successful delivery. She then wrapped the baby in a white cloth that she had prepared beforehand I clean.

Celestine laid back on the bed to regain the little bit of strength that she had lost during childbirth and observed the nurses clean off the blood and handed her over to her.

"Here she is, Miss Celestine."

"Aren't you the cutest thing in the world, just like your older brother... What do you want to name her, Honey?"

"If that is it then what do you think of Charlotte

GIGGLE!!

A very passionate smile blossomed on Celestine's face after she had named her child. She then caressed her tiny cheeks which caused her to giggle and both the husband and wife looked at her with utmost passion.
