Chapter 103 The Mastermind Behind The War

"Why experience fear when you can embrace anger," Shung Yun thought as a crimson aura only seen by his eyes surged towards the soldiers of Quing Village, converting the emotion of fear into that of extreme anger.

"Now that's it," he smiled as watched the change of attitude of the soldiers of Quing Village.

"Die!!" furious roars drowned the clashes of weapons as the soldiers of Quing Village no longer thought to destroy the wall behind them but to charge forward while killing every blue armored soldier in their path.

"Inform the other commanders about the wall," commander Qinwei said to her strongest subordinate before dashing towards the ten[10] meters wall obstructing the soldiers under her command.

"Yes, ma'am," the upper-stage male youth said before dashing into the forest behind him.

"I'll stop her," clan head Xinyi of the Heng Clan said as she caught sight of the approaching commander Qinwei.

"We should also come along. I'm sure more of Quing Village's dantian unsealing cultivators will arrive to help bring down the wall," clan head Haoran said to the hearing of the other dantian unsealing cultivators on the wall.

"Alright," chief Weng said as he agreed to clan head Haoran's suggestion, "the rest of us will stay close to the wall while clan head Xinyi stop commander Qinwei of Quing Village."

"Mr. Zui, we'll be requiring your help when the time comes," he said as he looked at the middle-stage middle aged man standing beside the sitting Shung Yun.

"I'll do my best," Mr. Zui said as he looked at chief Weng.

"I'm happy to hear that. Let's get going," chief Weng said to the other dantian unsealing realm cultivators except commander Nai who's in charge of commanding their soldiers and clan head Xinyi who has already gone to intercept commander Qinwei of Quing Village.

Withdrawing his gaze from the running dantian unsealing realm experts, commander Nai looked at the inscribed, hand-sized, stone ball in his right hand as he sent his spiritual Qi into the inscriptions drawn on it.

"What are you happy about?" Mr. Zui looked at the smile on Shung Yun's face as he asked.

"If I said it's the screams of pain from the battlefield, would you believe me?" Shung Yun asked Mr. Zui a question instead of answering him.

Staring at Shung Yun in silence, Mr. Zui gave himself an answer before paying attention to the battle between clan head Xinyi and commander Qinwei.

Grabbing unto the opportunity made by commander Qinwei's slip-up, clan head Xinyi slammed her Qi covered left palm towards the right side of her ribs.

Taking a couple of steps backwards, commander Qinwei wiped the blood at the edge of her lips as she stared at her opponent.

Only concerned about stopping commander Qinwei from getting to the artificial wall formed from an earth element inscription, clan head Xinyi didn't follow up with another attack after forcing her back.

Revealing no fear despite the arrival of the other dantian unsealing realm cultivators of Byui Village, commander Qinwei knew that they won't dare to kill her unless they wish for an all-out war that will cause the end of either one of the villages.

Stopping the splinters of the exploded tree with his spiritual Qi, commander Zhu continued running forward while using the trees as cover to escape from the upper-stage dantian unsealing realm cultivator chasing after him.

"I need to tell the chief about what I found out," he strengthened himself with his thought as he continued dodging the spiritual Qi spears hurled towards him.

"I can't believe someone could be able to infiltrate into the room without anyone realizing it," the lower-stage middle aged man chasing after commander Zhu muttered as he continuously hurled out spiritual Qi spears at him.

"I can't let him report his findings to Byui Weng," he muttered as he tried going faster.

Using his technique to aid in his escape, commander Zhu was able to easily find difficult routes for someone without any guide to pass through, thereby, stalling his pursuer without slowing down.

Looking down at the humans running through the forest, a white colored, three[3] meters tall, iron-fist gorilla sitting on the branch of one of the trees higher than forty[40] meters chewed on the fruit in its hand as it watched them leave its view.

"That cultivator isn't one of the dantian unsealing realm cultivators in Quing Village," Shung Yun thought as he reflected on the view he saw through his mental connection with Ikunga, "the only force close enough to Quing Village that might send them an upper-stage dantian unsealing realm cultivator is Illustrious Star Sect in Mochou Town."

Looking at the battlefield covered in blood and corpses, he continued his thought process, "I wonder what could be so precious to move a force containing sky-walking realm cultivators to manipulate a war between villages. The village won't have much chance to survive if it doesn't receive help from the Flowing River Sect."

"Sitting back and doing nothing won't help me in the long run," rocking his legs as he remained seated on the wall, he gave an order to Ikunga, "help the human at the front escape."

"Yes, my king," Ikunga immediately began chasing after the humans while also shouting out Shung Yun's orders to his fellow comrades.

"I see them," Thuka roared as he communicated with the other beasts under Shung Yun's command while running a few meters beside the racing humans.

"Stall the human at the back," Ikunga roared in response to Thuka's signal as he chased at his fastest speed.

"I'm glad I was able to become an upper-stage fierce beast before such an order was given to me," Thuka thought as he pounced towards the upper-stage dantian unsealing realm cultivator.

Having just hurled his spiritual Qi spear towards commander Zhu, the lower-stage middle aged man couldn't quickly form a second one after sensing the danger brought forth by Thuka's pounce on him.

Crossing his arms in the direction of the pouncing Thuka, he shrouded himself with his spiritual Qi as he made use of a defensive technique.

Taking a couple of steps backwards after receiving Thuka's attack, Wei Guo quickly made use of his movement technique to put a distance between him and the two[2] meters high golden leopard.

Receiving no follow-up attack from the golden leopard after three[3] seconds, he dashed forward with a spiritual Qi spear forming in his hand.

Seeing the human dashing towards him with a spiritual Qi spear in his hand, Thuka crouched downwards a little before pouncing on him with his forelimb's claws ready to tear through his flesh.

"Stupid," Wei Guo uttered as he hurled his spiritual Qi spear towards the pouncing golden leopard.

Boom!!

The hurled spiritual Qi spear exploded as got hit by a hurled stone club.

Hit by the shockwave from the exploded Qi, Thuka's pounce was veered away from his intended target as he landed a couple of feet away from Wei Guo.

Turning towards the direction of the hurled stone club, Wei Guo saw a white colored, three[3] meters tall iron-fist gorilla.

"Why the hell am I been attacked by beasts," he grumbled angrily as he lost the spy from Byui Village.

"You will both be buried here!" he said with a furious expression as a black colored spear appeared in his hand.

"Grrw!!" a deep growl echoed out in the surrounding as a black colored monster with black deer horns and black claws walked towards Wei Guo with two[2] low-rank upper-stage fierce beast.

"What kind of beast is this?" Wei Guo thought as he took in the sight of Ubei's appearance, "it's like a combination of a deer and a cat-like beast."

Contemplating on the decision to take as he stared at the five[5] beasts looking at him, he prepared himself for the possible attack of the beasts as he slowly retreated through the path not blocked by them.

"They really aren't normal," he thought as the beasts watched him leave without attacking him.

Losing Wei Guo from his view, Ubei looked at Nagi before saying, "stay here with Thuka in-case the human decides to keep chasing after the other human. We'll spread out so he won't follow a longer route to chase after the other human."

"Alright," the blue colored cougar, Nagi, said as she watched the other beasts leave the area to her and Thuka.
