18 Fighting a Few Heroes

Ignoring the loud idiots, she dashed towards the shield user. The one closest to her.

Her left hook was easily blocked, but she grabbed the shield with both hands and kicked the shield user in the face.

Tearing away their weapon, she blocked an arrow.

Turning to the bow user, she narrowed her eyes as she suddenly turned around and parried the staff user.

Throwing the shield behind her like a boomerang, it hit the bow user in the leg as she grabbed the staff of the staff user and kicked them away.

Stepping to the side of a spear, she hit the unarmed shield user in the gut just before they could land a hit while also swinging her staff at the spear user's jaw.

Both attacks connected and she could feel as each of her attacks broke and shattered bone.

As the spear user was disorientated, she grabbed their spear and shoved it through the shield user's neck.

Kicking away the spear user and leaving them unarmed, she took the spear and threw it at the bow user who was on the ground due to the thrown shield breaking their ankle.

Just as an arrow was shot, the panicking bow user grabbed the shield from the ground.

The thrown spear was blocked by the shield.

The shot arrow was grabbed.

Spears of earth and ice formed on the ground as the book user flipped its pages while menacingly floating there.

'Tch.'

She thought as she dodged the rapid attacks of the glove's user.

Catching one of his fists, she looked them in the eyes and punched them in the face, knocking them to the ground.

Turning to the staff user who was about to land a bland kick, she grabbed their leg, picked them up and slammed them on the ground.

Ducking down, she dodged the spear user's punch as she hit him in his gut with her staff.

Flipping the arrow in her hand, she stabbed it through the head of the knocked down staff user.

Turning back around, she hit the spear user with her staff. First, a horizontal attack to the leg, then a thrust to the forehead finished by a diagonal smash to his skull.

His head burst open into particles of light as her staff broke apart.

Grabbing the headless body, she threw it at the book user who had just launched a fireball.

The ball of flame was blocked as she focused on the glove user.

Dodging to the side and ducking to avoid their attacks, she waited while slowly making her way closer to the book user.

Just then, she heard the sound of an arrow launching from a bow.

Taking this chance, she delivered a combo of left hook, right hook, uppercut, and spin kick to the glove user as she turned around and threw the arrow in her hand at the book user, piercing their heart and killing them.

Turning around without paying heed to the falling corpse, she grabbed the arrow that the bow user shot and stabbed it through the glove user's eye.

All but one were dead.

Walking over to one of the corpses, she picked up the book.

'The bow user shouldn't be able to kill me. So I'll take some time to look over the weapons these people dropped. It is already a boon to know that I can use weapons, both other peoples' and my own, in this place.'

Flipping through the pages, they were all blank as the book did not even have a title.

Letting out a sigh, she leaned her head to the side as an arrow flew by and shot through the empty book.

'And here I was hoping to learn magic.'

Turning back towards the bow user, she started walking towards them.

They started panicking.

Dodging another arrow, she stopped near a corpse and took their weapon.

Continuing on her walk, the bow user started to crawl.

Putting on her new gloves, she narrowed the distance, took the shield from the ground near them and broke their neck with a precise shield bash.

'Okay. Shouldn't be many left besides me and maybe a few scarce rabbits or wolves.'

Dragging the corpses and tossing them on the dragon's head, she started walking.

'Now only the one who is making that shockwave there and I should be dandy.'

...

A while later. The Hero and Demon corpses were fully dissipated.

The dragon only had their heavy head left.

Walking over a small hill, she could feel a strong wind blowing her away.

Shockwaves blew forth from the two figures who were exchanging attacks.

One, a pure white tall man wielding a heavy looking sword.

Two, a pitch black figure of a petite woman who could barely be seen wielding a small cylinder sword handle, from that handle a beam of black energy flowed out.

Her eyes landed on the two.

Taking a step forward, she let go of the dragon's head.

*Thump

The two figures stopped fighting and looked her way.

She cracked her fingers and stretched her arms.

'I get neverending fights with a bunch of magical zoo animals and this tiny breasted skank gets a literal sabre of light?'

The two figures dropped their guard towards each other as they looked at her getting closer, leaving the head of the dragon behind, on the hill.

"Dragon Slayer."

The woman mutters.
