Robert Collins always paid in advance when business was doing well 3 years ago and Dra. Aireen got used to it.

His business was one of the industries that most heavily affected by the crisis since then Robert Collins barely earned money to cover up for the rent and Dr. Aireen always barging ahead of time.
"I still have a week of time before due date" Robert Collins politely said to Dr. Aireen.

Dr. Aireen scornfully replies then immediately walks away with a glitch of angry looked to Robert Collins.

Foster Commercial place is a famous recreational and entertainment spot for both locals and tourists,

But the lowest monthly rent in this kind of location starts from 15,000 dollars with a contract the rent will have an additional 5000 every year. So from 3 years of doing business, he needs to pay 30000 monthly.
Dr. Aireen who owned the Foster Commercial place is a cunning and money-grabber person she made that contract for people like Robert Collins who doesn't have the capability to retaliate.
People like him work like an ant that needs to feed their queen.
