' I hope she does not send in a resignation letter to Mr Gavriel on my behalf! ' all of these were just running through his mind that he felt like he was going insane.

He really wants to apologize to Annabelle but then, how could he when she was not even looking at him any more..

He stared at his reflection on the mirror, he had stood in the rest room trying to clear his thoughts and just them he heard some noice.

He turned the door handle as he opened it slightly, trying to know what was happening then he saw the board members walk out of the conference room, Annabelle was the last to come out of the conference room, she held some files on her hand as she pushed some strands of hair behind her ear and closed the door.

Luca felt like it was the best chance to apologize to her since she was heading straight to her office.

Luca waited until she was long gone, by the point he suspected that she had entered her office because he knew how many minutes it would normally take him to go to her office, he walked out of the rest room and quickly headed straight to her office.

He knocked softly, but then he heard no response ' she can not possibly know that I am the one knocking right? ' he asked him self.

' come in ' he heard a soft voice say and that voice was hers.

He made sure he has the confidence to face her after all she was his boss not the other way round, he took a deep breath before pushing the door open.

Immediately she looked up to see who was at the door and their eyes locked, Annabelle stared at him without blinking, then when she came back to her senses she quickly looked away.

". Luca, why are you here? do you have some thing to show me? " She asked as she flipped through some documents lying on her table.

He could see how stressed she looked, all he could wish for was that Gavriel returns back so every thing will go back to how it was before.

" Actually no, but I do have some thing to tell you " Luca said calmly hoping that she does not send him away.

" If it is not related to the company them leave " she said without looking up at him, she was still focused on the files and then she moved away from her table as she steadily walked to the shelve in her office.

She stood there, searching for some thing he could not think about, it might be some thing related to the meeting that was held.

He felt that it was an green light for him, she had asked him to leave but he can not just come in to her office to apologize to her and leave like that with out saying a thing to her, it would look so bad and immature..
