Chapter 364: wishes

" We would be leaving today, do you mind coming with us? " He asked her as he rested his back on the refrigerator.

Julianne thought for a while as she scratched her neck, she nodded " yes, I would love to, I would not be doing any thing here so I would rather prefer to follow you " she said smiling.

" You??? Well you could rest for the while and act like the owner of the house you know that " Loren suggested.

" Well no, I am not interested in that " she said as they both chuckled.

" I have been doing that for years, but this time around I am going with you more over it is such a nice opportunity for me to leave the country " she explained.

" Yeah, I get that " Lorenzo said as he nodded his head.  

" Alright, get ready.... we would leave in a few hours " he added, opening the fridge, he took out a table water along with a tumbler.

" Would you like to have any thing for breakfast? " Julia asked as they heard a noise coming from the kitchen entrance.

They both diverted their gaze to what made the sound. " I am sorry " Tina said clasping her hands together.

" I hope I did not distracted your discussion.... I missed my step " she lied trying to cover up the fact that she was eavesdropping on the boss and house assistant sweet and friendly conversation.

If only ' if only Gavriel treats me like this, there is not any thing bad having a friendly relationship with your worker, one must not be harsh at all times or was it related to how they met ' she thought as she ran her fingers through her hair.

" No dear, there is no problem..... did you hurt yourself? " Julia asked her as he held her shoulder and staring at her carefully from her head to her toe.

" Not actually, I am fine. When did you return? " Tina asked as she walked up to Lorenzo, standing in front him and staring.

" Well, I just entered the house not too long ago " Julia responded as she turned to face the two who were staring at them selves.

" I would just go and get some stuffs upstairs " she added excusing her self.

She wondered how far they had gone to get to know them selves better or vice versa. The moment Lorenzo brought Tina in to his mansion, she knew for a fact that that was not their first time meeting because she knew her boss, he was not the type who brings people in to his house not for any kind of reason probably because he was so concerned about his safety.

She hoped that they work out because if they do, Tina would be the first lady coming in to his life. He had lived a lonely life all his life because these days it was indeed pretty hard to find some one who truly loves one for who they are and not what they are or what they have.

She has come to a conclusion that this century they were in was all about vanity.
