Chapter 290: That is a tough one

 " Nicole I was as shocked as you are now, I could not believe it but then I immediately parked the car and ran to him, firstly, it would not be nice for any one to see him like that because it would beome a trending topic before it gets morning " Tina explained to Nicole, she hoped Nicole understood but at a point she wanted Nicole to remain angry with him because indeed he was nothing but a jerk. 

" I know you care about him so much because of the love and care you have for him other than been his secretary " Nicole said calmly after she had confirmed that Raymond was still asleep, she did not want to stress him unnecessarily and did not want him to hear her conversation with Tina about his best friend.

it was surely going to piss him off because this same issue was what made him fall unconscious and she would never want that to happen again.

" Yeah, you are right, I just do not want to see him sad, I promised myself to do any thing for him as far as it makes him happy.... after I helped him up and took him to the car, I asked him what was going on and why he was sitting at the middle of the road crying, it was at that moment he told me about his past, Nicole, I would not lie to you, Gavriel went through a lot, he really did " Tina assured.

" If you say so but tell me what made you think he went through alot " Nicole requested.

She tried to believe what Tina was saying but a part of her did not want to believe it because of the side of Gavriel age had met.

" He told me about his experience with his ex wife three years ago even though he was married to her six years ago " Tina said as he got up from the bed, she was already feeling uncomfortable as he arm joints ached her.

She sat on the bed and immediately put the call on a loud speaker as she stretched her body and cracked her bones.

When she was through, she removed the call  from loud speaker and placed it close to her ear as she laid down back on the bed.

" He was married??? What happened? because obviously Gavriel does not seem to act like some one who was married, he acts weird " Nicole asked surprised.

" Yes, he was married with a daughter, he told me about how his wife cared less about him and their daughter, she did not even stay at home to take care of their daughter and he was the father and mother of Karina, their daughter until she was three years old " Tina explained.

" Woah, that is a tough one, I must say he went through a lot " Nicole responded as she felt bad for him but that would not change the fact that she hated him for who he is now.
