Chapter 222: The fitness room

As soon as I had finished preparing, I picked up my phone and headed straight out of my room, I walked down the stairs as every where was totally quiet well as usual the mansion has been quiet, so it still gave me the same feeling....... nothing more nothing less.

I was finally done with going down the stair case and I walked through the hall way, at a minute from now I would be at the room, I kept on moving as I was so tired, I wondered why I still was not able to get some sleep irrespective of the fact that I was so tired.

Along the way I decided to get a a glass of juice from the fridge to drink and when I got it I entered into the fitness room.

I looked around the room marveled at what I was seeing.

" Wow, Mr Gavriel did a lot of work getting this mansion done..... well any way he is a billionaire so it would not mean anything to him.

The ventilation which was in the healthy indoor environment was nice, the air conditioning system maintain an ideal interior temperature for active performance, it offered an energy efficient and reconfigurable alternative to fan-operated ventilation systems, opening glass walls immediately flush interiors with natural fresh air alongside an array of other benefits contributing to successful fitness center design.

" Wow " I said out loud and to my greatest surprise the sound I made was not that raucous, I could hear my voice echo a little bit but it was not that bad.

There were also work out facilities inside the fitness room like Training bench, Dumbbell set, Threadmill, Barbell set, stationary bicycle, rowing machine, Balance trainers and resistance bands, Dumbbell set, Ellipticals, Low-impact treadmills, Training bench as well as many other which u could not recognize or could not remember their names.

The was also a flat screen large 52' by 49' inches television hanged at each edge of the room making it possible for everyone to see at any time and any where.

This fitness room was so incredible and I already felt like I was visiting some where entirely that was not even in the mansion, but who care...why was the house called a mansion if it did not comprise if every thing in the world.
