" Yes, there are risk factors Mr Gavriel and I would not lie to you about it that is why I am telling you now...... " Doctor Hassami said as he paused and took a deep breath before he continued.

" In most children with primary brain tumors, the cause of the tumor isn't clear. But certain types of brain tumors, such as medulloblastoma or ependymoma, are more common in children. " He said as he turned around and faced the projector pointing at a particular part of the brain.

" Though uncommon, a family history of brain tumors or a family history of genetic syndromes may increase the risk of brain tumors in some children..... but you just said that there is no genetic history of brain tumor in neither your family or that of your wife....and this calls for more research " Mr Hassami concluded as he turned around back to face Mr Gavriel just to see him wiping out the tears that fell off his eyes his a napkin on his hand as he puked his nose and sighed deeply.

' what research is he even talking about? I do not want to believe that the time that should be spent on treating my daughter would be spent on a worthless research ' Mr Gavriel said to himself.

" Mr Gavriel, I am so sorry, I know it hurts but you have to be strong most especially for your daughter, you also have to stay strong so we can tackle this together " Doctor Hassami said as he walked towards Mr Gavriel and patted him on his shoulder.

" Yeah, I will be strong, it is just that I am finding it hard to believe that my daughter is in this condition right now, she is still a child, I mean a three year old child, how is that possible? I just can not believe it but I have to stay strong.... I can not even believe I am in tears, this is something that has never happened in a long time " Mr Gavriel said and that was the utmost truth. If truth was been told, he never expected himself to cry even though he felt the pain and hurt but he could not possibly stop or hold in the tears back from falling so he let the tears fall freely.

When Doctor Hassami turned around and saw him wiping off the tears in his face, at that very moment, he knew that Mr Gavriel had really broken down, he had loosed his guard and was now acting like a fragile child who got bitten by a mosquito.

All the years he had worked for Mr Gavriel as his doctor when ever he visited the hospital, he always showed himself to be that strong and unbreakable man who had focus and goals in life, of course every one adored him and wished to be like him but now, the Mr Gavriel, he was looking at is not actually the one he knew but he was actually a new version of himself because of his little girl's condition. It had him have pity for the young man and that moment he vowed to himself to make sure the little girl lived.
