THE WEDDING IS APPROACHING…

Weeks have passed since Esmeralda overheard the conversation between Elias and Patrick. She decided to go along with the decision she made.

Esmeralda didn't inform anyone about what she heard, both she and Elias have also been going to their usual dates. Esmeralda made sure to also try her best and be her usual self during those dates.

She made sure Elias found no changes in her character and behavior. Since she decided to continue along with the arranged marriage, she will make sure to stand to it since that's the only thing she can do in other to save her father from the pain he will go through when he knows the truth.

As long as Elias keeps his words like he told his father that he will never be involved in any way with another woman again then she is willing to forgive him.

She also heard Elias tell his father he likes her and does not love her, that's why her mission from now on is to make sure he falls deeply for her.

And she also wasn't wrong when he said he liked her, because all his actions prove his words right. Elias now isn't trying to always impress her like he always does on their date, but instead he now always talk to her about his plan and aspiration for their future. Whenever she looks into his eyes when he is talking, she always finds sincerity in them.

She hasn't forgiven Elias yet, she wants them to get married first, he better gets ready because she is going to be the shadow of his life the moment she becomes Mrs. Elias Watson. Esmeralda truly wants to believe Elias has changed, whenever she remembers what she heard, her heart always refuses to forgive.

Esmeralda decided to take what Elias did as him enjoying his bachelorhood before marrying her because Patrick could have easily asked his friend who is her father for help to save Watson Realty from bankruptcy because her father will definitely help him no matter what. But instead, he brought p this arranged marriage in other to bring both the two families together.

Just like her uncle Edwin told her if had, given birth to a son, he will be the one she will be marrying him. And that's because he also wants the two families relationship to be bonded by sacred ties and be stronger than it already is.

That's why she believes that Patrick has good and pure intentions behind the marriage proposal. Elias and she won't need to be married before the company is saved, but he did it so that he can bring the two families more closely together. And her father of course is very happy about it.

When she was listening to their conversation that day, she clearly heard Patrick reprimanding Elias about what he did.

"Thank you mom for showing me the way and giving me the strength I need to understand all this." Esmeralda smiled and whispered while watching the twilight.

She also thanked her uncle Edwin from the bottom of her heart because he also plays a very important role in her life that's why she is finally able to get hold of the situation.

She finally understands the situation, and she is very happy that she can.

Finally, she can get married with a clear mind and a happy heart. Her decision to keep quiet and not let anyone know was indeed right because she is now finally able to understand the situation and is not heartbroken but instead she is just a little sad because Elias lied to her, him saying "I love you Esmeralda" to her on their engagement night was a lie instead of still sticking to his earlier, "I like you Esmeralda" as he said in the restaurant six months ago when she went to see him and talk about the arrange marriage their fathers want to happen.

Their wedding remains only three weeks and she is very excited. Not her alone, everybody is, her dad, Linda, Aunt Vanessa, Petro, and even the Watsons too because the past few weeks that they all have spent together on planning and talking about and making sure that everything Is in order and also how grand they all want the wedding to be say it all.

Today both the Fernandez and Watson family will be having dinner together in order to discuss more on the wedding since its approaching soon.

"Sis what are you wearing today to the dinner party?" Linda who is lying on Esmeralda's bed asked.

"Well, I don't know yet… I will check later" Esmeralda answered

Later! Linda widens her eyes in shock, "Come on… you are so lame, it remains only three hours before we leave, look!" Linda said while looking at the wall clock.

Esmeralda also turns to look at the wall clock, Linda was indeed right, it remains only three hours before the scheduled time of the dinner.

"Alright, let's go so you can help me choose what to wear… since we don't have much time anymore," Esmeralda said to Linda and she Linda of course happily stood up and walk to Esmeralda's closet.

Linda brought three sets of gowns that she likes for Esmeralda to choose from. "Look at this one it's so gorgeous," Linda said while showing one of the three gowns to Esmeralda.

"No!" Esmeralda rejects it.

"And this one," Linda showed her a pink strapless gown.

"Not this one either," Esmeralda again rejects another one.

Linda went back to the closet again and brings five more different sets of designs for Esmeralda.

"What about this baby?" Linda asked while showing Esmeralda.

"No!"

"And this yellow long mermaid," Linda asked.

"No!"

"This one then,"

Esmeralda again shook her head, "No!"

"This one then… look how elegant it is, if I had known it existed in this closet of yours then I would have taken it a long time ago."

"You can take it," Esmeralda gave the gown to Linda.

"I was even planning on doing that if you reject it," Linda replied while smiling widely.

Esmeralda chuckled at Linda's words.

"Alright let's keep you, baby, aside since you are now mine," Linda said while holding the gown up as if it can listen to her.

"What about this one then?" she took another one.

"No! Come on Sis… I need to go for something sexy that will make Elias droll immediately he sets his eyes on me." Esmeralda said. Since her mission is to make him fall deep and hard for her.

"Alright, I will be right back then," Linda said and strode back to the closet in other to get the dress Esmeralda is talking about.

"This is what you are looking for right?" Linda asked after bringing the one dress that she is sure Esmeralda will not say no to.

Esmeralda's eyes sparkles immediately she saw the dress Linda brought out. This is exactly what she is looking for a very sexy dress that will make Elias Watson go hazy upon seeing her, "That's the one," she stood up and hugged Linda, "You are the best," she whispers in Linda's ears.

Linda smiled brightly at Esmeralda's gesture and hugged her more tightly.
