188 Hard to get over

Katherine laughed, shaking her head. She looked at Liam and said, "I see, your spot is on the verge of getting stolen."

Liam just shrugged as if he didn't care about such trivial things. 

At last, she turned to look at Selene and gasped, "I never thought little Selene would turn into such a gorgeous young lady. Your beauty awes me, Selene."

Katherine saw Selene when the latter was a child. It had been such a long time. Selene had grown a lot in these few years. 

Selene blushed and said thank you. She added, "You are also very gorgeous."

Selene blushed again and said, "Thank you but can't hold a candle against you."

"How have you been, Katherine?" Liam asked. It had been so many years since they were talking like this. Many things have changed but many things have remained similar too. 

Katherine said with a smile, "I am well. Doing a lot of new things. Life is going good."

Liam nodded his head, "That's nice to hear."
