Chapter 35
"Thanks, Kelly." He simply smiled and got into his car. It was surprisingly clean compared to his desk and apartment. A crowd had already begun to gather, and he wondered why people were awake this early in the morning.
Kelly shook her head as Caleb drove away. He always overworked himself, and the Commissioner (Fred Haskin) asked them to keep an eye on him. After his doctor had come in to talk to Fred, they had all tried to get Caleb back to health.
The man is too stubborn. Kelly thought and skipped over to Dion, "You, on the other hand." She smiled and placed a hand flirtatiously on his chest.
