Another 2 years passed but this time I stayed in the fantasy world.

I got stationed as a tower guard and have been doing so for the last two years, at least my body way.

While my body was standing on top of a tower, pretending to keep watch, my consciousness was currently inside a human clone I had made. Upon my arrival, I had originally just scouted the world with Clairvoyance and stuff but I found some interesting things I wanted to check out.

Since I was technically still being summoned and from their view was doing my job, I was still receiving mana for my name and since they saw no reason to fire me I was sure I will get my name while being in this World.

I had traveled to the Capital of the biggest and most powerful human kingdom. One thing that interested me was their magic system. They formed circles around their heart to absorb and hold atmospheric mana, it was obviously an attempt to imitate a dragon heart.

Speaking of them, from my research I now knew that there used to be Dragons in this World but they all disappeared after the age of Gods ended. By my calculations that was around the time this universe was connected to others which allowed the stronger being to immigrate to them.

I did form my mana circles since I wasn´t sure how it would react to a dragon heart so I will try it after getting it.

Although the mana circles in itself don´t benefit me, the fact that you could theoretically create infinite circles means you could also have infinite mana and I liked to study this or at least record it. That's why I started to collect several types of mana circle creation methods, maybe I will create a method that will be god like in comparison to them and then just put it into a fake ancient ruin where it will wait for someone luck enough to find it. I might even attack a time regression spell to it that when the lucky one dies he or she would return to their youth.

The disadvantage the mana circles were that it relied on atmospheric mana to cast spell but needed your own to create them as well as the fact that while higher level ones are powerful, they lack strong enough spells to utilizes then perfectly.

Another thing I did some research on was the slight difference in the mana here to what I already had. Some people don´t want to be mages and would rather fight with a sword, so they created techniques to strengthen their body. This mana would undergo some changes and then be called aura. It was mainly used to enhance the body but humans who reached the pinnacle of aura could also use aura outside of their body to reinforce their weapon.

From the techniques I gathered I could see some similarities to what I would imagine a body cultivation technique to look like.

Beside the human nobility there were other powerful organizations like the 9 Sage towers and the church of light.

Each tower was ruled by one 12 circle mage, which was actually fairly powerful, and the church was just what you would imagine. I still needed to look into their strange faith-based power system or the question why there was even a church here, somehow they were present in almost any reality and most were based on YHWH. I´m guessing he was some Outerversal being that liked to be worshiped my everyone.

I was currently on the search for any remaining Dragons which have proven to be utterly fruitless, maybe they truly all left this universe already.

Anyway, just as I was about to make my way to the church, my main body noticed an army of humans come to the Demon Lord´s Castle. I pulled back my consciousness and rang the alarm.

The army was shining in golden light under the morning sun and from what I could see there were about 400,000 men. Speaking of the devil and he will appear… or god in this case. This was obviously a crusade from the church of light.

There obviously wasn´t a problem with me taking a few souls without getting noticed but too many will draw attention, after all the only reason the Demon Lord came here is for souls and he certainly wouldn´t appreciate them getting stolen. This is also the reason why I haven´t put up my World Tree like usual but I was definitively doing it once I got my name and didn´t have to pretend.

By the way, my Name Tank was currently at 71%. A few more years and I will get my name.
