I watched as Alex Mercer got surrounded and held at gunpoint and asked to peacefully hand over the sample he stole but being the asshole he was, he smacked the vial on the ground.

Sewing his action the armed men didn´t hesitate to shoot him. Seeing the broken vial and the spilled red substance they decided to report to their superiors first and let them deal with the cleanup.

I was currently sitting in the Central park with a vial in my hand. The vial was so small I barely even saw it but I knew that it was enough to bring extinction to humanity if realized, it's interesting how such a small thing can bring so much disaster and power.

In case you are wondering how I have this vial when it was already smashed by Mercer, lets just say that when the cleanup team comes, all they will find is spilled strawberry jam. I replaces the vial with the virus with one with jam moments before it hit the ground, I really want to see their faces when they realize that the virus is still out there somewhere.

Back to the virus, I wasn´t sure if I should drink it or just crush it. I was basically immune to must diseases and viruses but this was probably one of the rare exceptions.

I decided to just crush it and make physical contact.

I just balled the hand with the vial into a fist, shattering the glass and releasing the virus on my cells.

I saw the spot where it infected me turn red as it seeped into me. I had to consciously stop my body from rejecting the invader and let it infect my cells.

I watched as the red spot slowly grew and started to travel up my arm, I could feel it evolve at insane speed using my insanely strong and unique DNA.

Once it reached a satisfying level of infection, I stopped holding back my NE and allowed it to start copying the viruses DNA and permanently imprint it in my own.

It was very slow at the start as I could feel the virus fight back but the more genes it copied and imprinted into me, the faster I could feel the process becoming.

After almost 40 minutes, the virus stopped spreading and even to slowly recede. At the same time I could feel many new genes appear in my DNA every second as well as my evolution speed increase many folds.

Another 15 minutes later the virus was completely imprinted into my being. The original virus was still there but ever time it tried evolve more infectious, my body evolved one step further to completely suppressing it.

Suppressing it was easy but actually destroying it was near impossible considering that it been exposed to my DNA which makes it very resilient. Luckily there is an easy solution to this as well.

I disappeared from the Central park and appeared inside the sun. I dissolved my body, leaving the virus behind and to be extra sure I fired a ball of hellfire at it.

I watched the flames burn for a second before shrugging and fly away, if the virus still lives then it truly deserves it, not like I care about it destroying all life in this Universe.

I stopped at Mercury and recreated my body to inspect its changes.

The first things I noticed was that I had control over my body on a molecular level and that the blacklight genes had advanced the connections between my body and NE.

Unlike normal prototypes who needed to consume biomass to heal, I could just use NE. Although it was basically useless to me, the fact that that someone needed to first do enough damage to my body to destroy a whole Multiverse was impressive. I could now probably leave reality with my body without using the Supreme and just NE, not that I would needed it.

I could also use NE to artificially adjust my body size but like I say, its just artificial and I prefer to be real.

I could feel that the body I had now was my only real one no matter how much I change my appearance, basically how you often see demons look like different humans but during a battle they will change to their real form.

I couldn´t contain my smile after seeing these changes. I couldn´t wait to test these new powers so I took the form of a beautiful woman, just because I was feeling like it right now, and appeared on a street in Russia.

It was relatively empty since it was in the middle of the night but I still managed to spot my test subject. I walked behind the middle-aged man who , judging by the grocery bag in his hand, went out to buy a few things last minute and pierced his spine with my hand.

Before he even had a chance to scream, he was absorbed. There wasn´t any gain gene wise but this was just an experiment, I was however surprised by something else.

When I absorbed him, instead of getting biomass like I should, I got a barely even noticeable increase in NE. Makes kind of sense considering that I didn´t have biomass myself but a body of NE but it was still surprising.

The increase was close to none considering my immense reserve, I would have to absorb someone with the body the size of a planet to get a planet level increase but how many planets where in the universe, not to mention the multiverse. All things considered this was actually pretty useless.
