Leo Side Story 3

During the game, I met someone, a woman.

She just sat next to me and started talking non-stop and trying her best to distract me from the game but during this one hour, I started to lose interest in the game and began engaging in her one-sided chat.

I ended up enjoying our talk more than I thought and after the game ended, we continued our conversation at a café with cake. In hindsight, I should have ended our relationship there but past-me decided that we should meet again and made a date with her.

She was very beautiful, more beautiful than even the average woman of this reality, she talked a lot and I listened, but the thing that really captured me was her cooking, nothing more needed to be said about that.

A few weeks later we became an official couple and she moved in with me not long after. Over a year went by after that and she was growing more and more restless and talked about having children as soon as possible. I wasn't against kids but I thought it was still too early and I was starting to feel like something wasn't right, so I declined.

A month later, our relationship came to a quick end when I woke up one night with a knife trying to pierce my heart, …the irony. After a long interrogation that hurt me more than I'd like to admit, I found out that the last year of my life had been a lie.

Turn out she was the 5th wife of some small noble, who got tasked by the great houses to keep me in check or at least get some useful information that could help them win the war. Her real husband gave her the task to seduce me and either control me, bear my child to get control of some of my powers or if none of these worked, kill me.

Since I had refused to have any children for now and all her attempts to bypass my permission with magic had failed, she had no choice but to kill me, or at least try.

Needless to say, I was furious after that confession. From that day onwards, I no longer held back and played in politics and straight up used my full power to kill all my enemies' forces and take over all the clans and houses.

After a short week of blood rivers and choir-like screams, I was the sole ruler of the Underworld and its inhabitants and ruled it with an iron fist. Once I had full control over the underworld, I used my power and made it truly mine, making it part of my home Underworld, only waiting to be absorbed.

The other factions, like dragons, heaven, Grigory, Yokai, and many pantheons weren't unaware of the drastic changes but one week wasn't nearly enough for them to ready their forces and stop me from destroying the balance of the world.

A few days after claiming ownership of the Underworld, it turned into a dimensional fortress, preventing anyone from entering or leaving without my permission. Upon realizing this, each faction sent their messengers to see if I was still upholding the old Underworld's deals and contracts with them and if I was interested in peace.

Unfortunately for them and their messengers, I was in no mood for peace and let the messengers be executed on the spot, automatically conveying my intentions and declaring war on all the factions.

Although I declared war on them, neither of us went all out against each other because the losses would be too great. I just wanted to get my mind off certain things and they wanted to show their strength to the new ruler of the Underworld to prove that peace was in the beast favor of everyone.

While they didn't fear my armies due to them all allying against me, they held a great amount of respect for me, someone who singlehandedly defeated one of the great factions and destroyed all the ancient houses that had existed since the time of Lucifer.

The war brought me many prisoners that I used in bed to further distract me. Although the factions weren't happy with that since that included some of their higher-ranking members, they decided to not say anything because every time I got a prisoner, I pulled back some of my armies from the battlefield.

This lasted for a while until I had no more armies on the front, leaving only tensions behind.

Time passed and I had pretty much gotten over my heartbreak thanks to everyone doing their best to distract me. Peace lasted for a while until one day there was a sound that reverbed across the whole universe.

*Crack* like something hard breaking, followed by a loud roar.

*ROAR*

Every faction leader knew what that meant: Trihexa had broken its seal and was now free.
