Beyond Earth

"Fear is a feeling, but it tends to run deeper than that. It's like a virus. Resilient and highly contagious. And even the smallest seed of it can grow to destroy you." °°°°°° It's the year 2280. Airborne particles were invented with the intent to eradicate diseases but instead they become radioactive, toxic and severely deadly to anyone who breathes in even a tiny amount. The world becomes a dystopia and is uninhabitable. With time running out for humans on earth, Hiro Tachibana is one of the scientists that has to find out if a new planet is fit for habitation. But when people start turning up dead on the spaceship and there are more questions than answers, Hiro realizes that he may not be able to trust anyone. Not even himself. Chapter 16

"Careful," I said as Enny hopped off the rung of the metal ladder that led into the bunker and she grabbed my hand. Zeke, Hae In and Ezra came down after her and we all began to make our way to our room, replying greetings from the people in the hallway.

After Enny and I took a shower, we ate dinner with everyone else except Viviana who we found out was no longer in the house when we got downstairs and we headed to the bunker. Zeke, Hae In, Ezra and Enny decided they were also going to sleep in the bunker after I told them that was where I was going to spend the night.

Alison was also going to sleep in the bunker but she was still at Carina's place with her mum and she decided to wait for the woman. We had seen Viviana on our way to the bunker and she told us she would meet us there after a couple of minutes because she still had to oversee the people that were moving some things to the other bunker.
