8 Attack

(Kiryu's POV)

"Well, I'll be damned." I said as I looked at the massive Black Veil, "Who in their right mind will do an attack in broad daylight?" 

I was standing outside as Satoru and Gakuganji stood behind me. There was an attack on the Exchange Event and apparently, one of those Special Grade Curses had appeared. 

Utahime walked up to us, "Satoru, can you disable it?" She asked 

Satoru walked up to the veil, "Nope." He said, "This is high-level stuff. And I'm assuming there's a binding vow in play, it is specifically made to keep me out." 

"Shit, I want something like that on the estate." I smirked, "That way, you can stop bothering me." 

"Kiryu!" Utahime snapped, "Now's not the time for jokes!" 

Satoru looked at me, "Mind going in and dealing with the Special Grade?" 

I shrugged, "Todo Aoi can handle it, don't you think?" I said, "He's a Grade 1, he's strong." 

"Hm." Gakuganji said, "I don't doubt Todo's strength, but something tells me he'll need some help. This Curse is special, I believe." 

"Old man." I said crossing my arms, "No Curse is special. They're mere beasts waiting to be slain." 

"Well go and slay the beast, dammit." Utahime said with a frown

"Utahime, please watch your tone when speaking to Kiryu-dono. He's the Head of The Gojo Clan." Gakuganji said

"Now's not the time for formalities, Gakuganji-san!" Utahime exclaimed, "My kids are in there!!" 

"Hehe, worried, Utahime?" Satoru said, "It'll be alright. Once this veil is undone, I'll go in and deal with it if Kiryu doesn't want to." 

"We have to find the one behind the veil, kill them, and you can do your thing, Satoru." I said as I put my hand on my chin, "Who would even-" 

In an instant, I extended my hand and caught a blade that was going straight for Utahime's head. 

"Ah!" She said, "W-What?!" 

I looked to my side to see a shadowed figure appear from the bushes. 

"Satoru!" I said, "You didn't see that?!" 

"That's odd." Satoru said, "That's not a curse, he's human. A Cursed Technique user, his ability must've cloaked him....." 

The Curse User was covered in dark shinobi-like clothing, his face covered in a mask. 

"Gojo Satoru, I shall take your head!!" He growled

"Oh?" Satoru said, "Me? You sure?" 

As the Cursed User drew several blades out of thin air, I felt another presence up above us. 

"That is correct!" A man said as he looked down at us, "Gojo Satoru, We shall take your....Wait...that man...I-Is that.....Gojo Kiryu?!" 

I blinked, "You know me?" I said

"Kiryu?" The masked man said, "The Head of The Gojo Clan? What the fuck is he doing here?!" 

"Forget why, kill him!" the man said, "I, Juzo Kimiya, will kill Gojo Satoru!" 

I let out a sigh, "Fuck this shit, man...." I said as I dropped the blade on the ground, "You wanna dance, come on. I'll take you both on!" 

"Ohhh!!" I heard Satoru say, "Kiryu-kun is about to fight!" 

"It appears so." Gakuganji said, "I do not need to involve myself, then..." 

The masked curse user lunged at me, throwing his blades at me. 

I smacked them away with ease as I dodged his kick and grabbed his ankle, "I ain't a Jujutsu High Sorcerer..." I said, "So don't expect me to spare you in order to interrogate your dumb ass.." 

I then slammed him down to the ground, causing a shockwave as I heard some bones crack. 

"Agghhh!!!" He shouted in pain 

I then reared my fist back, "This is your favorite part, Satoru!" I said, "Let's hope the spark is on my side!" 

"Yayyy~~!!!" Satoru clapped, "Do it! Do it!!" 

I then brought my fist down at the Curse User's chest, causing a massive explosion of black cursed lightning upon impact. 

"Black Flash!!" 

The impact of the black flash created an even greater shockwave that shattered the ground. I felt the Curse User's chest implode as his eyes went white and he faded unconscious. 

I then straightened up, "There ya go." I said, "Fodder." 

"Amazing, as always." Gakuganji said, "You make it look so easy." 

I looked back up to see the Juzo guy look down at me with a shocked face, "W-W-What the hell was that?! A-A Black Flash!?!" He exclaimed

"Tch." I said summoning my katana, "Yer next, buddy." 

"Blue Moon" 

In an instant, I appeared behind the guy and sheathed my blade. 

"W-What?" the curse user said as I turned to see his chest explode with blood, "Agghh!!!" 

I saw as he was flung upwards violently, crashing into the ground there was a massive cut on his chest. 

"You done?" I said, "Were you the one behind the Veil?" 

He trashed around in pain as he coughed up blood. He was tougher than I thought, Maybe I should've added a bit more power to the swing of the blade. 

"Nice Blue, Kiryu!!!" I heard Satoru cheer, "You've gotten better at the short-distance instantaneous movement!!"

"I couldn't see his attack." Utahime said, "He's gotten faster with his Iai draws...." 

I stepped on the guy's open wound and pressed on it. 

"Shiiiiiit!!" He yelled in pain, "I didn't expect this!!!" 

"Tch." I said with a scowl, "You threw yourself at Satoru with some balls, you were bound to lose, idiot." 

"I made no difference."
