The boutique that Naia and her friends choose was located near the Phoenix building owned by a mysterious Young master.
Golden Phoenix is a mysterious organization that even the Imperial family dared not touch.
Its power is beyond your imagination. Intelligence, news, assassins, black market or things related to underground world you can find it all there. Their influence reach the whole continent.
No one dared touch them because the owner is so powerful and mysterious.
Rumors says that it was owned by people in the Hellford's kingdom but no one sees coming out from that kingdom so the rumors died down. Since even the Imperial family didn't touch them so the people didn't mind it all and just focus on their daily lives worrying nothing.
Shanaia is busy looking around the shop when Jasmine walk towards her holding a very delicate pink hair pen. It looks really beautiful the small gem at the top of the hair pen made the hair pen stunned out.
"Sister this hair pen suits you. It's very beautiful." Jasmine said while putting the delicate hair pen to her head.
"Wow. It's really beautiful." She said while smiling brightly.
Janine walk towards us holding a green bracelet and a pair of green hair pen. The color looks exactly as my eyes. Annie also has a pink and white dress in her hands.
"Oh...I think this will suit you" they both said in unison.
They giggled after that. They handed all the things that they found to Shanaia. And continued shopping. Annie's dress is blue, Jasmine's black while Janine chose purple. Shanaia had both the pink and the white dress that Annie handed her earlier.
After their shopping they went to a nearby restaurant and eat. They are so famished that a mere mention of the food makes them drool.
"I heard that the famous heir of the Duke will attend the banquet." Jasmine said while spooning the dessert in her plate.
I flinch. What the heck! I almost choke the dessert I'm eating.
"And Lady Bea will be there too." Janine added. Bea is the illegitimate daughter of the Baron. Though she is just an illegitimate daughter but she is equally favored by the Baron. I can say that the Baron didn't play the favoritism game. He treat his daughter equally. Even her wife didn't hate Bea. Of course what you see in the surface will might not be true. The Baron's wife is not a saintess. She can't possibly love his Husband's daughter with someone else but she controlled her self and just act like she accepted her. And Bea's luck is also frustrating from the Baroness eyes because whenever she planned something bad towards Bea the lady always got Unscathed. She always avoided the tricks graciously. Who would not be infuriated with that?.
One word to describe the lady. She's as cunning as a fox. But her tail is not that hard to catch. She likes to act kind and pitiful. A very gentle and virtuous lady. A perfect candidate to become a wife of a noble. Aside from her greatness in acting she is also an elemental holder. A water elemental holder. While her half sister Lily is just an ice elemental holder. Only a sub element but despite of that the baroness dotes on her so much that makes her daughter so arrogant and a spoiled brat. Even her brother dotes and protect her.
"Hmm..this will be interesting." Annie added.

"The nobles will attend the banquet with the intension of finding their other half. And oh I forgot to tell you Ladies that His majesty will announce something in the banquet. I don't know what is it but father says that it is related to the Duke. "- Annie said while drinking her tea.
"And what would that be? What kind of announcement will His Majesty announce? I think this banquet will sure be lively. I'm so excited. I can't wait to see what kind of surprise His Majesty is planning." Jasmine said excitedly. With matching hand raise and giggles.
My head creased with what Annie's said. I feel something is not right. An ominous feeling crept into my heart.
Jasmine and Annie are both 13 while Janine and I are both 11. I still need 5 years to become an adult.
Annie's Parents already picked a son-in-law for their daughter and that is the eldest son of the Marquis, none other than my cousin Michael. And Jasmine already has a Fiancee and I don't know if God really plays a prank on her because her fiancee is no other than Luke, Lily's brother. I don't know wether to laugh or cry at her situation.Even Annie don't know what to react if whether she'll be sad or be happy to her dear friend. Jasmine can't do anything about the engagement because it is approved by His Majesty. And she also don't have any reason to decline. What will she say to the King? That she didn't want to be engage with the Baron's son because she hate the baron's daughter? Haha..it's really funny.
"The three Young Masters from the Dukedom will be attending. And this is the first time in history that the Heir of the Dukedom will attend a banquet. You know that he didn't like this kind of gatherings. He hated so much attention and she also hated the lustful eyes of all the ladies in this continent. It is written all over his handsome yet cold face the detachment of pleasure and etc. Devoid of all positive emotions and is very scary. What a shame that I didn't have the chance to be engage to their household. He's brothers are all god but also very cold like the Heir but it is better than that bastard Luke" Jasmine said with a hint of pity in her eyes. She feel pity that her fiancee is not in the duke household.
"Things are getting more interesting this days. Even the Lamiera bridge has a crack that didn't happen for the last hundreds of years." I said while scooping the last cake in my plate and put it in my mouth.
"Yeah. And did you know that all the students need to be back at the Academy and cut their vacation short because of this? The Headmaster announced that the students will be undergoing a heavy training after they were back. They will go to the Ellensford Island to train." Janine said while her face looks so annoyed. Will who would not be if your life will be put in hell after this?
I'm home schooled. So I didn't experience what they experienced. All my life I am pampered to the bones. Father didn't agree to sent me to the academy since I don't have the means to protect my self. The only good thing that I have is I can communicate to animals and plants. I can command and make them my allies. I'm not that entirely useless but still my ability is just so so. I want to be like my mother or father.
I have a pet named little treasure. He looks like a tiger but it's also not. I don't know what kind of species is he but he is very cute and adorable though in the eyes of others he's scary. His fur is as white as snow. And what I like the most is we have a lot in common. He also hate noisy people. And he didn't like to approach others only me can hold him. Others cannot. His eyes is like mine. Its color is also green like an emerald. It will shine brightly if i stroke him. He likes it when I stroke him and pat his head. He's very strong and very fast. His body is so agile.
