1 Fate of love

Chapter 1:

They both stared at each other as the raindrops touched their faces. 'Aryan, what's wrong bro?' Damon asked Aryan as he snapped out. Aryan didn't have an answer but he couldn't resist looking at Shahana as she flipped her hair to the side. Shahana and Eshaal were jumping on the puddles caused by the rain. Shahana was trying her best to ignore Aryan but she kept on looking at him, whilst trying not to get caught by Eshaal. Shahana was about to walk up to Aryan for a greeting when suddenly Eshaal fell to the ground. 'Ouch, it hurts bad. I think I twisted my ankle.' Eshaal cried in pain. Damon and Aryan saw Eshaal slip so they came running towards them. 'I think she needs a doctor, can you guys please drive us to the hospital?' Requested Shahana as she helped Eshaal get up. Aryan got lost in Shahana's eyes and just stared at her while she was waiting for an answer. 'OUCH IT HURTS BAD!' screamed Eshaal in pain. 'Oh, yes I will take you guys there. Follow my lead.' With a slight smile on his face, he helped Eshaal walk towards the car.

'Don't worry, it's a small injury but if it hurts a lot, take these precautions before bed.' The old man handed out a small piece of paper to Shahana. Nodding her head she stood up from her chair with a smile. She helped Eshaal outside the room. 'Where's your friend- not sure about his name uhh' Damon could see the excitement on her face as she asked him. 'He had to leave because he had some work to finish.' Shahana's facial expressions took less than a second to change, she was disappointed. Damon offered them a ride back home and they both accepted it. Throughout the whole car ride, everyone was silent, Shahana felt very awkward. Damon looked through the rearview mirror and saw that Shahana wanted to say something but something was holding her back. 'Are you okay?' She looked at him with slight shock on her face, after a long pause she answered 'yeah I am uh just fine. Actually, can you give me your friend's snap chat if you don't mind? Don't get me wrong but I just wanted to thank him.' Damon unlocked his phone, opened snap chat, and handed the phone over to Shahana. She had a good look at it before returning the phone, she then got her phone and sent a friend request to Aryan. Everyone bounced as the car hit the speed bump, Damon apologized before he started to drive again. 'There it is, your home.' The car screeched to a halt as Damon quickly hit the brakes. Shahana. and Eshaal thanked Damon before getting out of the car. Shahana could hear the car start behind her, she rang her doorbell, and her cousin, Remi answered the door. 'Oh so you're finally here' Shahana could feel the light arrogance in her tone as each word came out of Remi's mouth. Shahana was about to respond but Eshaal shoved Remi out of their way, she held Shahana's hand and took her inside. Remi almost gasped in shock as Eshaal pointed the middle finger at her and limped to her room. Shahana stared at Eshaal as she was angry and concerned about her behavior. Eshaal quickly noticed this but ignored Shahana, as deep down she hates Remi and didn't want to talk about it. Shahana told Eshaal about how disappointed she was at her behavior towards Remi. 'After all, she's our cousin.' Shahana expected an apology from Eshaal but instead, Eshaal put on her headphones and started listening to music.
