1 The Begining
As Ben opened his eyes "huh what's going on... ooh yeah wait... what's this screen ugh I think I hit my head... never mind what is that rock" Ben struggles to get up but he eventually does, secretly hoping that this will help him get rid of his boredom. He makes his way into the crater that the meteor created upon impact and sees an orb and reaches out but before he noticed it launched itself out onto his wrist and he freaked out for a few short seconds and became calmer than the blue screen came up again alerted Ben with a notification that reads <gamers mind has activated>. Ben mentally asks, (what's gamers mind) then a notification comes up that says <Would you like to activate the tutorial yes or no for 100 XP?>
Ben selects yes with his fingers and a screen comes up and says <to think status>. Ben does as he is walking back towards camp and then a screen comes up and says

Ben seeing his status frowns and says isn't this a little too weak. Then a new blue screen comes up and says <think inventory> Ben does and a bunch of squares with an image of himself on the side of it. Then the game addict Ben realizes what is happening he thinks, "I am in a game". Then a big smile comes across his face only for him to feel depressed at the thought of having weak stats then he picks up a rock and puts it inside of his inventory.
once Ben has finished testing the inventory the system then says find say quests. Ben completes this task as well and finds the mission he is currently doing it says incomplete he backs out of the system and then a notification pops up telling him mission complete and that he has to go to the quest system to turn in his jobs. Once he pulls up the screen he sees that the screen says that it is complete and he clicks it and he gains 100 XP the system brings his level up to level 2. Ben seeing this then thinks, "system" and he sees something new.

Suddenly an alert arrived in front of Ben saying
<New Quest
figure out what is on your wrist
for 100XP yes or no?>
"ooh, yea I completely forgot about this what is it". Ben selects the quest, "it looks like a watch" after a minute or two of trying to figure out what is on his wrist Ben receives an alert.
you have gained a new skill called observe. Ben pulls up his status and selects observe mentally and a screen comes up that says,
<Observe a skill created by the host LVL: 1 It lets the host see information about skills, people and objects the higher the level the more information that you will be able to see.
Then Ben uses observe on the watch-like device>

said to be the most powerful weapon in the universe.>
"....cool" Ben then begins messing with the watch and it's touchpad rises then a picture comes up and he presses it down slowly because of how unsure he was. Then his skin begins to change into a magma like rock and he turns on fire. He notices his skin has changed and is beginning to freak out again but then he calms down and pulls up his inventory to see his avatar. Ben then screams "awesome" with a joyful smile on his face. Ben then plays with his new physique he quickly finds out he can make a fireball then he throws the fiery object to another direction without paying attention to his surroundings and a tree catches on fire. Then Ben hears that a notification has arrived but pushes it to the side to continue playing. And finally he notices that there are trees on fire then ben tries to stop it but he can't. And he hears his cousin screaming his name while coming in his direction. Then an idea strikes Ben and he thinks he should scare his cousin.
As Gwen is approaching the area with a fire extinguisher Ben jumps out and roars at Gwen proving a scream to escape her along with spraying him with the fire extinguisher while trying to run then ben calls out to her saying, "Gwen wait it's me Ben" while still laughing at her reaction.
Gwen then keeps running while screaming, but then Ben jumps in front of her to cut her off then he repeats himself which snapped Gwen out of her stupor and then she says, "for real". and Ben nods while saying "yea".
Gwen asks him how and Ben explains the Omnitrix latching onto him and how the fire happened. Then a robot showed up in an attempt to attack Ben it's tentacle lights up that makes ben think it is attempting to charge up a laser beam to fire at them so he tells Gwen to move and he does as well so then he charges towards the robot and jumps on top of it then he melts through the robot. once the robot is defeated Ben gets an alert then both Ben and Gwen retreat towards Grandpa Max's RV. As they are running Ben finally decides to check out his stats and he sees.

Ben and Gwen ran out of the area on fire then the peace of the watch that was on his chest starts to beep while flashing in and out red. Then Ben is back to normal and receives 2 notifications.

Gwen sees turn back to normal and jumps to hug him while asking him if he was ok. Then she separates and sees Ben staring blankly and asks him what's wrong but Ben tells her nothing is wrong while remembering that he only told her about the Omnitrix and not his gamer powers he begins feeling guilty. But he tried to tell her about it earlier but it was like his body wouldn't let him, so he drags her in the direction of the RV while saying let's go tell Grandpa Max about what happened so we can leave before more of those robots show up. Gwen agrees and they begin running again. They arrive on time to see GrandpaMax helping someone from under scorched rubble then sending him off. He looks at the two kids and sees that neither one is hurt he smiles and tells them, "the three of us should probably get going." They make it back to the RV and began to pack up all of their possessions and flee from the flaming Yosemite National Park. Once they get a safe distance away Ben and Gwen begin to tell Grandpa Max about what happened to Ben with the Omnitrix. Grandpa Max at first looks shocked but he quickly regains his composure for the two children making them believe he is being suspiciously calm but they do not question their grandpa. He then tells the two of them that they have to be careful and to look out for other robots from now on. He tells them that there may be other robots looking for the device so he is going to take them to people that can help. while they are on their vacation.
Gwen huff and says, "so this trip is going to be all about you" But Grandpa Max tells her that they are going to continue the road trip normally so they can still make stops to all the places that they were going. In response to that Ben huffs. But as if on cue they hear an explosion coming from the area they just were and they assume it was robots they then drive back to see a giant robot attacking people. Feeling that this was his chance to shine he jumps out of the RV and uses the Omnitrix to change into a crystal man then he checks his inventory for the avatar of his character. he then says, "Diamondhead" and goes to check out his status.

All of the robots then see their target and began focusing on him for the most part. Grandpa Max then shouts for Ben to get away from the robots, but Ben instead tells him he will be fine get the others to safety. Three disk-like robots approach him and began firing at him while Grandpa Max and Gwen go helping the others. Ben is blown back and says, "wait I wasn't ready" the robots continue firing and ben was then mad his hp dropped down to 120 but he used the crystal manipulation skill and regrew back parts that came off but that only brought his hp back to 150. So Ben shouts, "you've had your turn it's mine now" he points his hand towards the disklike robots and shoots spikes towards them. Two robots explode but barely dodges and its firing systems are messed up. So it shoots randomly Ben sees this woman about to get fired on and he jumps in front of the attack while turning his hands into crystal spikes and the attack reflects back to the disk-like robot. Ben looks to the woman and tells her to run which she does.
Then only the two big robots remain. one fire at Ben with a big laser beam he knows that if he dodges it might hit someone behind him so he reflects it with his pikes and blows it up. The second robot analyzed this and realized it would be bad to shoot lasers so it stepped on Ben. provoking a scream to come out of Grandpa Max's, and Gwen's mouths. But then crystals slowly started piercing through the robot and Ben came out of its head. Ben hurries to get away from the robot and it blows up. Then people began to clap for Ben and as he was enjoying the praise the chest plate starts to beep and Grandpa Max tells him to go run because people can't know who he is. Though he was depressed he does it anyway and runs into the forest. When Ben was a human again he ran around in the forest area to get to the other side and came out. He then met up with Grandpa Max and Gwen so they could leave. Grandpa Max noticing Ben was upset he asks what wrong. Ben responds with, "I'm a hero everyone should know it was me." Grandpa Max says, "I'm proud of you you did well out there, but a hero doesn't do all of that for the praise you did a good job but you can't let them know who you are." Ben then says, "but I want to be a hero" Max, responds with," you are a hero all of those people get to go home because of you that's pretty heroic to me what about you. Ben then smiles and says, "yea I was pretty heroic out there wasn't I".
The three of them get in an RV and drive off while Ben checks the changes to his status.
