57 Chapter 57 - Not only in the eyes, but in my heart and mind

The staff from the resort saw them from a distance and came to pick them up with only an extra umbrella.

After Yan Sui took the umbrella, he pulled Meng Ting to him while tugging Lee Lan to the front. The three walked towards the resort in this manner, and Yan Sui let them go after they reached the main lobby.

Yan Sui put the umbrella aside and the resort staff brought them two towels. Yan Sui threw one at Lee Lan while he placed the other towel over Meng Ting's head, "Don't forget, you can't get sick too."

Yan Sui said in a worried tone because the memory of Meng Ting getting sick on account of the rain was still embedded deep in his mind. Those feelings of anxiety and worries, he didn't want to experience it again. Because of what he said, Meng Ting stopped trying to give the towel back to Yan Sui.

He stood still while letting Yan Sui wipe him, then told the resort staff, "We need one more towel."

It's obvious there's three of them, but they only gave two towels. Is Lee Lan really that short they didn't see him standing there? Meng Ting was a little angry at this.

When the extra towel arrived, Meng Ting immediately draped it over Yan Sui.

Lee Lan's brain was muddled the moment Meng Ting covered him with Yan Sui's jacket. He was still blurred even after he was dragged and brought to the main lobby, not because of the rain, but by the sudden blockage in his heart.

He wanted to leave, but it was still raining outside, and he hadn't gotten the answers he wanted from Yan Sui and Meng Ting.

Yan Sui went over to the counter to book them a room after telling Meng Ting to sit on the sofa. Yan Sui didn't make a reservation in advance because they came here at the spur of the moment. Yan Sui came here before, and the manager recognized him after he stared at him for a moment. Within minutes, they already settled the procedures.

On the other side, Meng Ting reached out and gently patted Lee Lan's shoulder when he saw him being so quiet, "It's okay, although it's raining, it's still okay."

The answer he wanted, Meng Ting strongly believed that Yan Sui would keep his end of the promise and tell him.

Lee Lan lowered his head and rubbed his eyes before he raised to look at Meng Ting. His gaze was fierce, but the way Meng Ting looked back at him was so innocent. There's no sign of derision and sympathy. Although Lee Lan was someone who had a bad temper, he couldn't seem to get mad, not that he had something to lose his temper at, but he couldn't be angry for no reason to someone who treated him well.

He couldn't say anything even after uttering a few words, then Meng Ting pulled him over and they sat down together to wait for Yan Sui.

"Wipe yourself, don't get sick."

Lee Lan nodded. He didn't want to get sick too. If he was sick, his grandfather would be so worried and they had to waste money to pay for it. Meng Ting was right, but Meng Ting obviously looked like he was not the same type of person as him. How could he understand his thoughts so well?

Lee Lan wiped his head while pondering on his thoughts. Meng Ting's jacket was all wet too, so he didn't put it back on. His eyes sought to look for Yan Sui.

Yan Sui grabbed the draped towel off his head. His hair and shirt were soaking wet, and the outline of his figure was vaguely visible through his shirt. Yan Sui's body was undoubtedly perfect, revealing an attractive demeanor.

Meng Ting looked around the lobby. As a result, he saw many resort staff staring and blushing at Yan Sui. Some visitors who had been sitting in the main lobby were secretly staring at him too. Meng Ting widened his eyes, not that he felt happy or unhappy, but he definitely felt uncomfortable.

Lee Lan followed Meng Ting's gaze and then fell back on him. He was much calmer than Meng Ting, "You're much better looking than them, only a blind man would look at someone else."

He could tell that Yan Sui and Meng Ting were very close, not the kind of lovers or couples who always separated and casually cheating on each other.

The look of discomfort on Meng Ting's face didn't dissipate at what Lee Lan said, he said seriously, "Yan Sui is mine, I don't want to show him to others."

He glanced sideways at Lee Lan, "You won't understand if you don't have someone you like."

"It's everywhere on television, how can I not understand it?" Lee Lan muttered quietly. He stared out to the pouring rain through the window. He couldn't walk back home for the time being, so Lee Lan made himself comfortable on the sofa and waited for the rain to stop.

"Boy, didn't I tell you we don't do child labor here. Why are you here again?" A man in a suit walked past them but suddenly turned back after he saw Lee Lan.

Lee Lan grunted and didn't respond. If it wasn't raining, if Yan Sui didn't drag him here, the truth was he didn't want to come in here.

The man saw Lee Lan's cocky face and wanted to kick him out. However, Meng Ting, who was sitting beside Lee Lan, raised his foot and kicked him back two steps. His hand rested on Lee Lan's shoulder and he looked at the man sternly.

"I brought him here, is there any problem?"

The man wasn't hurt, but he was in shock. Meng Ting kicked him so suddenly that it stunned him for a while before asking, "Which room are you a guest in?"

"What do you mean in which room….." Yan Sui was still at the counter, Meng Ting didn't know which room he's going to stay in yet.

Before Meng Ting could finish, the fake smile on the man's face dropped, no longer concealing his true appearance. He laughed cunningly, "You're not our guest, and you brought a little brat in here who stole something from us, and you dare to make a move on me!"

"I stole nothing from you!" Lee Lan's face was furious at what the man said. If it wasn't for the fact that Meng Ting's hand was still pressing on his shoulder, he would probably have stood up and fought him. He gritted his teeth and looked back at the man fiercely.

"Dong Fei, I'll say it again. That thing was given to me by an old man, I didn't steal it!"

The Lee's Village was close to this resort. Lee Lan was so intent on making money for his grandfather's medical fee that he definitely wouldn't forget about this place. It was fine at first. The resort staff sometimes refused to take him in, but occasionally let him in if Lee Lan was following someone to come in here.

But the man in front of him suddenly searched his body one day before he left. He endured it because he still wanted to find a way to earn money. He helped an old man for a period and he gave Lee Lan a box of biscuits as a thank you.

Lee Lan was unfortunately stopped again at the entrance. Before he could open his mouth to explain, Dong Fei insisted that he stole something from the resort. When Lee Lan requested to look for the old man for confirmation, Dong Fei rejected it and confiscated the box of biscuits while commanding the guard at the entrance to disallow Lee Lan from coming back here.

Lee Lan was not someone with a good temper either. If his mind didn't blur just now, he wouldn't have come in here even if it was raining.

Dong Fei had a smile full of malice on his face, but he knew how to lower his tone a bit, "When I say you're a thief, you're one."

He then stood up straight as he finished, "The both of you are not welcome here. This is a resort opening for business, not a charity bank."

"Dong Fei!" A stern voice came from behind. Dong Fei turned around and the first thing that entered his eyesights was an unfamiliar tall man with a strict face, then behind him was the lobby manager he was familiar with.

The lobby manager was so furious at the director's son that his voice was trembling, "Apologize to our VIP right now!"

How could anyone who came with the family head of Yan's family be simple? If what Dong Fei said just now infuriated the man that came with Yan Sui, not to mention Dong Fei, the entire resort's Board of Directors would be involved.

Yan Sui glared at Dong Fei before walking towards Meng Ting.

The lobby manager swiftly covered the mouth of Dong Fei who was about to argue after greeting Meng Ting, then he dragged him away.

"Wait." Meng Ting held Yan Sui's hand but his eyes were still on Dong Fei, and he spoke, "Apologize."

However, Dong Fei was so pampered and spoiled that he couldn't help but wiggling his hands and feet when he heard what Meng Ting said. The lobby manager quickly leaned in to whisper in his ear and gave him a hard tug. Then Dong Fei began to turn pale.

He wanted to bully a disgruntled brat but didn't expect to mess with someone so powerful, so powerful that he could've lost his life.

"I… I apologize, it's my fault."

Hearing this, Meng Ting patted Lee Lan's shoulder, "Apologize to him too, he didn't steal anything from you."

Lee Lan stood up fiercely, but his legs were actually trembling from fear. The memory of Dong Fei humiliating him still embedded deep within his mind at the moment.

But right now, Yan Sui and Meng Ting were both backing him up. He straightened his back and emphasized, "Apologize."

"I apologize, I….. I made a mistake." It was difficult for Dong Fei to open his mouth, but he had to because Yan Sui was glaring at him.

He then looked back at Yan Sui to beg for forgiveness, yet Yan Sui only said two words to him, "Get out."

"Please don't be mad, I'll report Dong Fei to the chairman, he'll never get in your way ever again."

Yan Sui didn't react to what the lobby manager said. He pulled Meng Ting and tugged Lee Lan's arm before heading towards the elevator.

The lobby manager quickly followed them until he sent them to their suite. Lee Lan was shocked at how the lobby manager was so afraid and respectful of them.

"Go and take a shower in the guest bathroom, there will be clothes delivered later."

Yan Sui said to Lee Lan before dragging Meng Ting to the master bedroom, still worried that he would get sick because of the rain.

Yan Sui let go of Meng Ting's hand and touched his forehead and cheeks. He said after there was nothing unusual, "Undress yourself, I'll prepare hot water for you."

"Okay." Meng Ting responded. It was indeed quite unpleasant to wear drenching clothes. Meng Ting undressed, leaving only his trousers on before heading to the bathroom.

Yan Sui was adjusting the temperature of the water and waved when he saw Meng Ting came in. Meng Ting went into the tub before grabbing Yan Sui's clothes and unbuttoned him as well, "You're wet too. Why don't we bath together."

The coldness on Yan Sui's face dissipated and he pressed the back of Meng Ting's head towards him, planting a kiss on his lips. Before Meng Ting could even react, Yan Sui rushed in and took the softest part of his mouth.

He had been longing for this kiss ever since they were in the tea house, and only now that he got the chance to make a move.

Meng Ting blinked but didn't shut his eyes close. His eyes were staring at Yan Sui's eyebrows and his mind was a complete blank, not sure if he was thinking about something or nothing.

As he was obviously distracted, his breathing became disordered, and had difficulties to gain his rhythm back. Meng Ting laid back against the wall after Yan Sui let him go and his chest was rising and falling rapidly. His eyes were wandering and he looked confused.

Yan Sui went behind Meng Ting and squeezed some shampoo, "Just stay there, don't move."

Meng Ting didn't respond nor did he move either. Yan Sui washed his hair attentively, trying his best not to get any shampoo into his eyes and ears. After rinsing him off, Yan Sui stood up and removed his wet clothes.

Meng Ting looked over at him while Yan Sui was taking off his pants, "Stay in the tub, I'll use the shower."

Yan Sui was a little frustrated at himself because he had a reaction while washing Meng Ting. Water rushed down as he began to wash his hair. He closed his eyes and let the foam rinse off thoroughly. Before he could open his eyes, he felt a warm body pressed up against him from behind.

"I'm not trying to do anything, I just want a hug."

Yan Sui felt that he was completely vulnerable against Meng Ting, and it was probably the same too with Meng Ting. He believed that Yan Sui was good-looking and belonged to him. Since seeing wasn't enough, Meng Ting decided to make a move and hugged Yan Sui.

"Why are you taking a cold shower?" Meng Ting muttered, but his hand was still around Yan Sui's waist.

Yan Sui twisted the knob to increase the temperature then turned around to embrace Meng Ting in his arms.

"Were you angry just now?"

"Yes." Meng Ting didn't deny it, he was really mad at Dong Fei, but that's not what made him uncomfortable, "And…. I'm also a little mad that a lot of people were looking at you because of your wet clothes."

Meng Ting emphasized again, "I'm only mad at them, not you. I like you."

Meng Ting was not someone who would simply vent his anger on others, there would still be signs of worry even if he's angry.

Yan Sui held Meng Ting's hand, pulling him closer to the hot water. He lowered his head and stole a kiss from Meng Ting again as water poured down from above. Although they didn't manage to kiss each other outside during the overwhelming thunderstorm, their love for each other was no less in the shower.

Meng Ting was unable to open his eyes because of the water and he slipped slightly. He had to rely on Yan Sui to keep his balance. When he was slightly distracted, Yan Sui swiftly entered and tasted every single corner of his mouth.

Meng Ting panted and Yan Sui gasped when he let him go. At the same time, his arousal was getting even stronger than before. His kisses on Meng Ting moved from the corner of his lips to the side of his neck, and he slowly moved downwards.

Meng Ting opened his eyes, his hand gently caressed Yan Sui's back in a loving manner. A moment later, he asked in a low voice, "I didn't misunderstand you right now, right?"

"No." Yan Sui gave Meng Ting an affirmative answer. He continued kissing him while turning Meng Ting so that his back was facing him, "You're not mistaken. I want you." Not only did he want to enter him, but he also wanted Meng Ting, from his body to his heart, he wanted it all.

"Okay." Meng Ting responded, then took the initiative to cooperate with Yan Sui. The shower was turned off at some point but neither of them cared. Both of them were drowned in a pool of emotions, it drowned out all their thoughts. All of a sudden, they couldn't remember anything else except for each other.

On the other side, Lee Lan was lingering around the guest room before heading towards the living room. The facilities here were so luxurious that he was amazed and unaccommodated at the same time. He dried his hair then tried to dry the wet jacket that Yan Sui used to cover him. Out of the three of them, Lee Lan was the one who got drenched the least.

Lee Lan suddenly heard the ringing of the doorbell. He hesitated for a moment before opening the door to the suite. It was still the same lobby manager who brought some stuff for them. Aside from the three new clothes, the lobby manager brought them a cart full of food.

The lobby manager didn't dare to ask more questions, nor did he dare to treat Lee Lan negligently. After he sent the clothes and food to their suite, he quickly left the area.

Lee Lan sat in the living room, and when the rain outside stopped, he picked up his clothes and was planning to leave as well.

Although he led the way for Yan Sui and Meng Ting, it suddenly rained halfway on their journey. Meng Ting said it was okay, but he then helped him stand against Dong Fei. Now it's not Yan Sui that owed him an answer but him that owed Meng Ting a favor.

Lee Lan frowned in slight annoyance because he had no idea how to return the favor.

The thunderstorm took almost an hour and a half to stop entirely, and Lee Lan didn't wait for Yan Sui and Meng Ting to come out. His grandfather would be worried if he stayed out home late. Lee Lan put back the towel draped over his shoulder, and when he was about to leave. Yan Sui came out in his bathrobe.

Lee Lan looked behind Yan Sui and was a little disappointed when he didn't see Meng Ting. Initially, he thought Yan Sui was the more powerful one, but when he was at the hall, he found that Meng Ting was even more powerful, or to be more precise, he had a better impression of Meng Ting.

"He's asleep."

Yan Sui knew what he was looking for. He came towards him and took a closer look at Lee Lan. His clothes were no longer wet anymore, so Yan Su didn't force him to change another set of clothes, "You're leaving? I'll have someone to send you."

"No, no." Lee Lan immediately shook his head. He already owed them a lot of favors. How could he ask for more? "I don't need a ride. I'm familiar with this road."

"I do have to go. My grandfather will worry about me if I get back home late."

Lee Lan sighed and didn't hesitate to walk towards the door. Yan Sui followed him behind.

"Do you have a phone at home or nearby?"

Lee Lan didn't know why Yan Sui asked this. but he still answered, "Yes, there is one at my house." Although he didn't use it frequently, his homeroom teacher, Mr. Lee, would occasionally call to talk to his grandfather.

"Okay." Yan Sui nodded. He then handed a business card to Lee Lan, "Give me a call when you get back home."

Lee Lan looked at the unique business card and took it with a constrained look, "Okay, I will."

Yan Sui waited till the elevator door closed behind Lee Lan before going back inside.

There's a smile on his face. Like Meng Ting, his impression on Lee Lan wasn't bad. At least it was much better than Dong Fei, who dared to fight with Meng Ting.

Yan Sui walked over to the sofa and pushed the cart with the food, heading back to the master bedroom. Before the door was fully opened, Yan Sui saw Meng Ting's head poked out.

He was in his bathrobe and was still blushing red because of what happened just now. He looked at Yan Sui with that watery eyes and asked confusedly, "Why do you want me to wait here?"

It's only four o'clock in the afternoon, and he had a full night's sleep on the way here. After a strenuous workout, he wasn't as exhausted as expected.

Just when they remembered Lee Lan, Yan Sui told him to wait in the room. Before Meng Ting could say anything, Yan Sui already put on his bathrobe and headed out. So all Meng Ting could do was to wait.

Yan Sui answered his question by pushing the cart with one hand and pulling Meng Ting towards him with the other. He then kissed him on his lips.

"The kid wants to see you, but I don't want him to, I really don't."

Yan Sui's tone was a bit suggestive, and the two cuddled together. Even when Meng Ting didn't understand what Yan Sui meant, he couldn't ask in this type of mood either.

"Oh." He responded, then his eyebrows quirked up as he kissed Yan Sui on his lips.

"I don't want anyone to see you too….."

Yan Sui turned his face sideways, and Meng Ting took the chance to give a few pecks on his cheek. Before Yan Sui had the opportunity to turn the other way, Meng Ting moved over to kiss his other cheek non-stop with a smile.

Yan Sui pushed the cart to the table near the master bedroom's window. A short walk that took them five minutes to get there.

Yan Sui let go of the cart and embraced Meng Ting with his other hand. He sat down on the chair while Meng Ting sat directly on his lap.

Their passionate kisses changed to a playful teasing between them, full of fun and enjoyment.

The sofa was a bit small, and one of Meng Ting's legs was still hanging on Yan Sui's lap. Despite that, Meng Ting refused to sit on the wide and comparable seat opposite Yan Sui.

Yan Sui took out the fruit and dessert from the cart and poured a glass of water for Meng Ting, "Drink more water."

Meng Ting nodded, but he still took a bite of the pastry first. The pastry left clear teeth marks, Meng Ting watched Yan Sui as he stared at that same part before bringing the pastry close to his lips and Yan Sui took a bite.

"A little too sweet, but it's okay." Meng Ting swallowed before commenting.

Yan Sui didn't have any opinions on the dessert. However, his mood at the moment was very different. He didn't notice how sweet the cake was.

"Drink water." He picked up the glass and brought it to Meng Ting's lips, who immediately gulped it down.

Yan Sui put back the glass on the table and picked up a small tomato, and fed him.

Meng Ting's appetite was good on a typical day, and it was even better when Yan Sui fed him. One piece after another, Yan Sui realized the fruits were halfway finished, and he stopped feeding him fruits. However, something is touching inside his heart, and he finally knew that feeding people could be such a meaningful thing to do.

Meng Ting's cheeks were moving as he stared lovingly at Yan Sui. After he swallowed one piece of fruit, Yan Sui immediately fed him another piece. They continued this way for a long time without saying anything, not that it was a bad thing. When Meng Ting looked over at him, Yan Sui returned him a light smile.

"There's dinner after this, so eat these first."

"Okay." Meng Ting responded. He then lay down in Yan Sui's arms. Although he's not full, he's feeling a little sleepy.

Yan Sui reached out his hand and rubbed Meng Ting's abdomen. One rub after another, Meng Ting was feeling so comfortable that he was about to fall asleep.

After the thunderstorm, the scenery outside was amazingly clean. The view was three times better and refreshing. However, even with such beauty in front of them, they couldn't be distracted.

Yan Sui didn't want Meng Ting to fall asleep and miss dinner. He moved his hand away from Meng Ting's abdomen and lowered his head to give a kiss, "Do you know how to swim? There were some facilities in the resort. It will be right on time for dinner once we're finished playing."

Meng Ting slowly opened his eyes, and he said, "No, I never learned it before. Is it hard?"

"It's okay. I'll teach you." Yan Sui said, picking Meng Ting up. He really couldn't bear to let someone else teach Meng Ting how to swim.

Meng Ting nodded and couldn't resist giving Yan Sui another warning, "I'm stupid, don't dislike me."

Yan Sui planted two more kisses on Meng Ting's lips before saying, "It's okay. I'll record one kiss for every mistake you make. I'll punish you slowly in the future."

This punishment seemed unorthodox, yet Meng Ting nodded thoughtfully, "I'll remember that."

The clothes sent by the lobby manager were ordinary T-shirts and beach pants. Yan Sui had told him their sizes firsthand. Hence, it suited them perfectly. On the other hand, the clothes for Lee Lan that they had difficulties in finding a perfect size for him weren't able to be used.

After they left the room, Yan Sui's phone rang.

"Alright, good to know that you're home."

It was unsure what Lee Lan said to Yan Sui. After a while, Yan Sui then hung up.

"He reached home. His grandfather wanted to invite us for lunch tomorrow, so I accepted."

Yan Sui continued to walk to the elevator with Meng Ting in his hand as he proceeded to explain to him, "This place is nice, and Lee Lan's grandfather might know more about it. If you're satisfied with Ming Ya, I'll have Zhao Bing to pick him up again tomorrow to talk to Lee Lan's grandfather."

Meng Ting nodded. He knew Yan Sui was doing all he could to build a lab for him. As there was no one else in the elevator, Meng Ting pulled him and kissed Yan Sui on the cheek again, "I'll do my best."

Even for Yan Sui, he couldn't let the others' hard work go to waste.

Yan Sui hugged Meng Ting's waist and raised his hand to ruffle Meng Ting's hair, "You can work hard, but….."

"I'll see you." Meng Ting said before Yan Sui could finish his word. He then rubbed his cheek, "You don't have to look. You're always in my eyes, not just my eyes. You're all in my heart and mind."

Meng Ting's voice was soothing, so did the words he said. Yan Sui suddenly felt his heart skip a beat.
