Rows and rows of students around her with all of them wearing black gowns and hats, signaling the fact that they were graduating.

Joyce was one of them. In fact, Joyce was one of the first, because she had graduated on top of a class.

The speech that she had given as the valedictorian was a windwhirl which passed as quickly as the clock ticked by a second. The crowd in front of her was in attendance, because the event had barely started. As the speech was short and expressive, exactly what the people appreciated and in the end, she had received a huge round of applause.

That may have been because she had finally stopped talking, and it was going to begin.
