Just because the surrounding has spilled magic doesn't mean it includes the building. The building came first and then came the magic."

A loophole, thought Lucas to himself.

"Nobody knows about it. I don't think the black witch who was there knew about it either," added Isabell.

When Lucas returned back to the mansion, he got back to his work like nothing ever happened. Like he hadn't killed a human in the town nor the witches who were involved in trying to get the black magic unbound from the land he came from.
