"He's a 20-year-old, almost 21-one years old, gardener working in his father's company. He has a secondary vocational education, landscape architecture and green space architecture. He is honest, hard working and quite capable" he answered to his boss.

"Ambitious?"

"Rather not. Despite his intelligence and talent, he didn't go to college. He chose to help with his father's flower-growing business. The company has expanded to include garden design, but this is not their main business due to the fact that they operate locally and don't have many clients."

"So father is a gardener?"
