14 Danger

After Xiao Wen went to work, Liu Qing finally lay down on the bed to sleep.

Due to his leg injury, it was inconvenient for him to go out even if he wanted. Other places aside, going up and down the stairs would torture him to death.

All he could do was to lie in bed and sleep.

Before going to bed, he checked his phone and saw a message from the team leader in the group chat. The person who hit him had been caught. It was not the boy's father, but it was someone related to the boy's father.

It was not a small thing to injure someone and also purposely cover the license plate of the getaway car at the scene. There would likely be a jail sentence.

He felt good knowing that the perpetrator was caught.

However, Liu Qing did not agree. He told them that they not only needed to bear the cost of the medical fees and compensation for loss of work, the option of detention for the perpetrator must be maintained.

Later on, the family raised the additional compensation quantum to 15,000 dollars, but Liu Qing still did not agree to it.

The person even broke his leg, so a jail sentence was a must.
