32 Chapter 32.

Today is the day when preliminaries are gonna held, Third Hokage himself will be present so I jave to be there as his personal which means I can't spend time with my pretty Miko. Anyway it's a duty I can't ignore, might as well enjoy the preliminaries which is the true starting point of Konoha Twelve.

Thinking of this I quickened my pace and moved towards the direction of Forest of death. Quickly getting we can see a huge tower standing straight in the middle of the forest, I slowly jumped up from one floor to another from the outside and quietly came to the window of the top floor slowly entering inside, where many ninjas were gathered among which other then Hokage-sama and the few Jonin responsible for their, there were also the Anbu and the Jonin proctors who were tasked for the Chunin exams.

Seeing me entering, everyone just gave me a quickl glance and didn't bother to say anything, as everyone knows that ninjas that have worked with Kakashi for a long time will have a minor disease of coming late so now everyone knows that I have got this disease, Ignoring them, I stood indifferently behind Hokage-sama who continued without looking at me.

" Did you get any new traces of Orochimaru?"

"No" An anbu replied with his head low.

Hokage-sama glanced at him slightly disappointed, but he still knew about his students strength and also the fact that he is not so easy to find.

Nodding his head without any praise and punishment in his voice, he continued.

" Continue to look around even if you can't find him, atleast find something that can make his goals clear." Hearing the anbu slowly nodded indicating he understood while he moved out with some relaxed feelings. Although it's hard to find the person, but finding some clues can still be done if they look hard.

After the anbu went out, Hokage-sama turned to look at Kakashi and asked with a serious but somewhat soft voice.

" How is your team doing now?"

" They are good, they can still participate in the coming battles." Kakashi replied with his usual lazy voice.

" What about Sasuke, how is he dealing with the curse seal." He asked with some concern

This time Kakashi got serious as he replied.

" After this meeting I am going to seal the curse mark."

Hokage-sama sighed at his words and nodded,

" Ok, you should quickly seal that, and also mention Sasuke ofhow dangerous that mark is."

Seeing Kakashi nodding he then turned to look at Gekko- Hayate and asked.

" How's the situation of preliminaries, have you completed everything that needs to be done?"

" Yes, Hokage-sama everything has been done, now only the children's meed to participate."

After hearing this he nodded and said to everyone.

" Let's go and see how our young leaves have grown up."

Finishing he moved outside while everyone followed him to the main ground, were the exam will take place.

While they continued to head towards the main ground I changed my route and followed Kakashi, seeing this both Kakashi and Hokage-sama looked at me quietly, before ignoring me and continued on their way.

After reaching the main grounds Hokage-sama and other jonin proctors took the stage while I moved along with Kakashi to meet his team.

Seeing Kakashi beside him Naruto jumped up and excitedly talked about his encounter in the forest and all the odd things he did and encountered during this 2nd part, while Kakashi stood there with lazy not knowing whether he listened or not, and I ignored Naruto but checked these little demons with interest including Gaara and his team, others are not worthy.

While I continued to do so Hokage-sama on the stage has already ask whether some people wanted to withdraw. At this time I also watched with interest as I saw Kabuto raising his and withdrawing from the Chunin exams, while continued to yell at him since he gave up and Sasuke looked at Kabuto with disdain, Kabuto just smiled at waved at them before moving out of the room at the same time on the stage Hokage-sama has ordered anbu to check on this Kabuto guy.

As I watched Kabuto retreating I mused to myself whether to kill him or not, but thinking about the where I am standing and Jonins from different villages in the surrounding I dismissed this idea so as not to affect my image in konoha or in the point Hokage not to affect the good and kind image of Konoha.

After all this Hokage-sama continued on his own while Naruto finally had the time to pay attention to me.

" Hey big guy, who are you and why are you standing besides Kakashi sensei."

I just gave him a smile and ignored him and turned to look at Kakashi signaling him that it's time to take Sasuke to seal.

Kakashi just gave me lazy glance and motioned Sasuke to follow him while I followed behind them, but I can still hear the little demon cursing a shouting from behind. Totally not paying attention to him we continued on our way towards a big hall where Kakashi asked Sasuke to remove his shirt and sit in the middle of the circle that he had drawn before coming here.

All this time Sasuke just took a few glances at me with some curiosity but still his proud head didn't allow him to come and ask about what I am doing here, standing besides Kakashi? as he indifferently took of his shirt and sat in the middle.

Seeing this Kakashi reminded him slightly.

" This might hurt you should be prepared."

Sasuke just unn'ed in reply as Kakashi has already bit his own fingers and is writing some sealing texts on his body as well as on the ground around Sasuke. After he finished with his writing and came behind Sasuke and placed his hand on the curse mark. Running his chakra around it the seals he wrote before started to come to life as they moved towards the curse mark. Slowly all the the seals gathered around the curse forming a circular but weird pattern, that looked like circle guarding against the dots inside.

Sasuke persisted the whole through this pain, and just as the sealing was done he couldn't help himself and collapsed. Just after he collapsed a sound came from behind kakashi and I front of me.

" To think that you have been able to handle sealing jutsu"

After hearing this sound Kakashi expression became strange with some fear flashing in his eyes, while I just eagerly wanted to take a look at this legendary figure, although I have seen his photo just yesterday but I have also scene the original anime so the two things are same, while meeting person is a whole different matter.

At this time a ninja with longs hair pale skin and Snake eyes came out, I couldn't clearly see the mark on his headband since it was covered by his front hair. While I was watching his face trying to decipher which village jonin did he disguise into, since although in preliminaries he disguised as Sound Jonin but when he confronted kakshi he came here with his original face and his headband couldn't be seen, so this little thing intrigued me as I watched seriously at his headband.

Next was the question and answering between these two, while Orochimaru seem to ignore me. I looked at myself to think of a proper reason as to why Orochimaru will ignore me. I came to perfect conclusion that I didn't have that smell or what we call chakra smell/color of a Kekkai genkai clan. Although I have got the genes and abilities of Uzumaki clan but I am still an half blood with no obvious changes, and a mad scientist like Orochimaru won't care about a young man like me.

Although disappointed by Orochimaru ignoring me, I still didn't take any action but looked seriously at him without any intention of actually fighting with him, as for what to say to Hokage-sama it's simple to say that I have not yet reached a level to actually catch him, so I thought of surprising him when he fights with you at that time with both of us fighting together we will definitely catch him, and truth is the same with my current strength or as to say in the whole ninja world there are few people who can actually catch this guy alive.

At this time both of them had finished their talk as Orochimaru took a few steps towards Sasuke while Kakashi put on a ready fight to death attitude with chidori in his hands while I just nonchalantly stood beside Sasuke.

Seeing this Orochimaru just said a few kore sentences and got out at a slow and relaxed pace, like he is not a rogue ninja but Hokage himself playing in his own garden.

Kakashi sighed at Orochimaru retreat and turned to look at me, he saw that I was beside Sasuke so he didn't ask much for why I didn't fight because he didn't know my true only knowing that I was better then him, but he still didn't think I was already able to contend with Hokage-sama himself. I nodded at him as he slowly picked up Sasuke from the ground and moved the Exam venue.
