Chapter 4

Hazel's P.O.V

When I woke up this morning and tried getting up I couldn't all because of Xavier's arms that were locked around my waist. I paused as I thought whether to wake him or just stay still and in the process I started to stare at him before looking at his lips. who would have thought he would wake up and even catch me staring at him maybe he was right and I was really a pervert

But now I was the one pressed under him yet he dared to call me a pervert 'hmph' .

I tried to resist but Xavier was to persistent so I gave in and just when I thought we'd both be late for me ork we heard a knock.

"young master, ma, urrr th__the"the maid was cut short by Xavier angry voice"if you're going to say anything say it" and for a moment I was glad that she wasn't in the room."it's fine Lisa we'll be there soon for breakfast" I replied to Lisa (the maid). "yes,yes I'll go inform the head chef immediately" she said as she ran off and I couldn't help but laugh.

" you scared her off " I said to Xavier as I kept laughing "I didn't, besides she was disturbing us " Xavier said with a frown "Don't be mad ok, let's go shower I have to go to the office today" I said as I stretched out my hands out for Xavier to carry me but his frown deepened more "what??" I asked him quickly "I said you could only go twice a week and you went on Monday and Thursday" Xavier said and I cursed inwardly for forgetting and telling Xavier about it .

I keep trying everytime to convince Xavier to let me go to my office everyday but Xavier was too protective even if i wasn't doing any strenuous work after all I was into fashion designing with different branches, some I didn't even know about since Xavier had his people taking care of it.

"that, well we I mean there is a meeting that requires my presence there" I lied hoping he wouldn't probe further"is it really necessary" Xavier asked and I smiled happily relived that he was convinced it's not like I want to lie to him but I get really bored staying at home since Alyssa my best friend was still on her vacation.

"fine" Xavier agreed grumply
