28 Do you want me to bury them?

"That's a relief then"

Mara's lips formed into a smile. Kylo did not reply. He just stared at the young woman's crop top which was soaking wet in blood. "Do you want me to clean this mess?" He asked with a stone face. "No, I can handle it" The young woman threw the knife onto the floor.

The young woman knelt down and took the paper which the dead man was holding. She stood up as her honey brown fox eyes focused on the paper. Slowly and slowly, her brows pulled together in frustration. She gritted her teeth and tore the paper into pieces.

Kylo frowned tightly, why did she look so mad? Why did she tear that paper? Why was she gritting her teeth as if she was ready to burn down the whole world? He wanted to know the reason. He wanted to take a look of the paper.

But this young woman tore it into pieces, making him unable to read it. "I am going home" Mara spoke and went out of the room but was stopped by the man. "You can't drive, how will you return at this hour with that wound?" Kylo questioned as he looked at the young woman.

"Who said I can't drive?" Mara furrowed her brows and questioned back. "You" Kylo said with a stone face. She was the one who did not buy car because she could not drive. Now she questioned as if she could drive. The young woman fell into silence.

Right! Mara Athena could not drive due to her fear to getting hit. "You are right, I can't drive but I can now" Mara spoke and turned around. Kylo furrowed his brows. Impossible, there was no way this woman could drive. "Please let me drive you back to home" He said.

He did not want to hear the new about Mara Athena getting into car accident at midnight. "You can drive?" Mara questioned with furrowed eyebrows. Kylo nodded. "Yes" "Then drive me back to my home with the company car please. I can't take these dead bodies with a taxi"

The young woman agreed with the man. Her left hand was wounded so she could not hold the steering wheel with one hand while driving. Mara's words confused Kylo. "Are you taking these bodies with you?" He asked in confusion. "Yes" Mara answered with a stone face.

"Do you want me to bury them?"

Kylo asked with furrowed eyebrows. "No, I have something to do with these bodies" Mara smiled and turned around to leave, stepping out of the office and pressed the elevator button. Her eyes fell onto the bag which was placed on the couch.

'Soy sauce noodles?' she furrowed her brows and picked it up, taking it with her. Poor Kylo was left alone in the office. He wanted to ask the young woman what happened. But she did not even bother to explain to him, she was busy thinking about something.

Maybe he had to find out by himself again. Kylo shook his head. Things happened so fast. He could not catch them. "She killed these men with a simple knife.. how amusing" Kylo murmured as his lips formed into a smirk. These men were strong enough to kill a woman at least.

And yet Mara Athena killed them with a simple knife as if she had been used to these situations. Kylo pulled the dead bodies out of the office and put them into cadaver pouches. He always keep cadaver pouches with him, since he could not tell when he had to kill and hide the bodies.

Kylo dragged the body bags to the car where the young woman was waiting. "Thanks" Mara thanked the man as she sat down at the back seat of the car. Kylo nodded and started the engine when he finished placing the dead bodies at the car trunk.

"They came here to kill me and get the company. They were sent from Remy Horper" Mara spoke as she wrapped the handkerchief around her left hand which got cut by the knife. The reason why she knew was easy and simple. The paper which she tore was the transfer agreement contract.

Those three men came to get her fingerprint. And made the contract alive. Thankfully, she tore the contract into pieces. But this time she was not going to remain silent, she had to start the plan. She had to show Remy Horper what the real cruelness was. She already got a plan to make Remy Horper and his mother suffer.

Mara did not want to explain nor tell Kylo Aaron about these things because she could not trust him fully. However, in this situation, she had to explain a little. Kylo could misunderstand her or something, and it was not like she could hide about these things from him anyway.

Kylo Aaron had a strong background to know what was happening in the world, he could order his royal assistant to find out about these things easily. He only had to make a phone call and give an order. He was that powerful. So it was no different from remaining silent.

He was going to know anyway.

Kylo glanced at the young woman through the rear-view mirror. Remy Horper? The non blood related brother of her? Kill her? Want the company? Ofc, he was not surprise to hear those things. He already knew. He had seen Remy Horper before.

He had seen how greedy that man was, he knew that Remy Horper was eyeing on the young woman's company like a greedy dog. No wonder, he sent the men to kill Mara Athena. But the thing which surprised him was how did this young woman survive?

She was afraid of blood. Kylo knew that well, he had seen the young woman fainting over the blood. He disliked her for being extremely weak. So how did this young woman kill the three men with a simple knife while smiling in satisfaction?

"I see" Kylo coldly replied, not showing any expression. Mara rolled her eyes, so he knew those already. this man truly was an interesting man. His face never showed any emotions. His aurora green eyes had never shaken like a deer.

All he showed was a calm face with unbothered eyes. As if there was nothing which could bother him. A sigh escaped the young woman's lips, she leaned back on the car headboard as her mind was making the whole plan to kill Remy Horper.

The car arrived to the house as Mara quickly went out of the car. Kylo went out of the car and walked towards the car trunk. "Please let me help you" he spoke and opened the car trunk, making the young woman stepped back. "No, I don't need any help. You already helped me before"

Mara furrowed her brows, not accepting the help from the man. "But your hand is bleeding" Kylo spoke and threw the cadaver pouch onto the ground. "So what? It is not like I am going to die anyway" Mara shrugged, not even bother to care about the wound on her left hand.

"But still you need t-"

Before the man could finish, Mara quickly dragged the cadaver pouch into her house, leaving the man in daze. "She is really tough to handle" Kylo stared at the young woman's back as he admitted the truth. He shook his head and sighed tiredly.

Kylo dragged the another two cadaver pouches into the young woman's house. Lily and Lila who were waiting for their Miss without sleeping, eyes widened in disbelief when they saw the body bags in their Miss hands. "Omg!! Please let me help you, Miss!!"

Lila stepped forward and grabbed the body bag from the young woman. Mara allowed the girl to carry it and turned around to get the another two cadaver pouches from the car. But her eyes met the man who was standing at the door with two body bags.

Kylo frowned tightly when the young woman allowed the girl to carry the body bag. Why did she refuse his help while accepting the others without hesitation? Why did she say she did not need any help while allowing the girl to help her?

His brows pulled together as his grip on the body bags tightened. "I told you I can do these by myself" Mara furrowed her brows and stepped forward to grab the body bags from the man. "But you let that girl help you" Kylo spoke with a frown.

"Huh?" Mara blinked twice in confusion. "Because she is trustworthy" the young woman said coldly, making the man's face darkened. "Then please excuse me" Kylo dropped the body bags onto the floor and turned around to leave.

"What the heck is wrong with him?"

Mara murmured and dragged the cadaver pouches into the house with the injured hand. Lily quickly helped the young woman, not letting her Miss touch the body bags. "Please go sit on the lounge, I will treat your wound"

Worries were seen on Lily's face. How could she let the injured person do such a hard work? She swore to protect her Miss, she had to fulfill her duty. Mara could not help but smiled at the girl. "Alright then" she walked near to the lounge and sat down.

Kylo started the engine and drove off from the house. A sigh escaped his lips. He was out of control for a second, His brain stopped working for a second. Why was he getting mad for a stupid reason? He should be happy since he did not have to help her.

He was supposed to hate this young woman and make her company turn into ashes. Not helping her like a fool. Kylo nodded in agreement with his thought. But his heart was burning because of the frustration. Why was she speaking as if she could not believe him?

One thing for sure, this young woman knew his plan. That must be the reason why she was treating him differently from others. Then what was she waiting for? Why didn't she kill him or make him leave the company? Did she have her own plan?

No, that was impossible. Then why did she say he was untrustworthy? Kylo squeezed his eyes in annoyance, his foot pressed the accelerator. If someone saw the car's speed, they would have thought this car was competing with other cars to win a huge prize.

"You are driving me insane"

Kylo murmured furiously, he wanted to stop himself from thinking about this young woman like a fool all day and all night. Mara Athena was making him could not stop thinking about her. Was she a witch? Was that why he could not stop thinking about her?

Kylo gritted his teeth, speak of a devil, he was thinking about that young woman again. "I hate this, I want to stop this" he spoke under his breath, driving in the fastest speed. His mind was a mess, trying to shut down his brain for awhile so he could stop thinking about Mara Athena.

"Does that hurt a lot, Miss?" Lila asked as she stood in front of the young woman who was sitting on the lounge while Lily was wrapping the injured hand of Mara with bandage. "No, the little wound like this can't make me cry in pain"

Mara smiled as Lila giggled. "Who did this to you, Miss?" Lily asked as she got up from kneeling down. "Remy Horper.." The young woman spoke the truth. "What?! That fucking jerk did that to you?! Holy shit! He is becoming worse!" Lila frowned.

"Do you want me to kill that dog, Miss?" Lily spoke with a cold face, giving her twin sister chills down to her spine. "Wait, you sound so scary right now, Lily" Lila stepped back with a frown. "What? It is the only way to punish that greedy dog"

Lily's words made the young woman smiled in satisfaction. "I raised you two really well huh? That's right, Lila. That's the only way but first of all, I have to make him suffer because that's what my crime partner wants" The twin sisters nodded in understatement.

"We understand, Miss!"
