I went to the kitchen to see what I could use, after looking around I decided to take a pot and mortar.

I put the rice to boil in the water for a few minutes until I saw it floating and so I drained it and waited for the pan to heat up to put the rice.

I put the oil to make the rice softer, a little salt and to finish the smaller lid to put pressure on the rice for a few minutes until I heard small pops and I understood them that it was ready, I removed the lid and then I sautéed the rice and finally added a pinch of salt.  I took some hot spices to add for those who wanted them.
