64 Change

Friday came by and I sighed heavily as I woke up in bed. I just lay there for quite a while doing absolutely nothing but just stare at the ceiling. The ceiling looked beautiful. It was simple and had no decorations of any kind. Mainly because no one decorates their ceilings but still. I would like to paint the ceiling so that when I woke up I could see something that I liked.

What was it that I liked? What is it that I wanted? What exactly was it that I wanted to see every morning when I woke up? Eh... I'll figure that shit out later.

Just like all the other days I pushed myself out of bed after laying there like a dead man for 20 minutes. I didn't have school to go to or have any appointments so there was no need for me to rush.

I stood buck naked drenched in sweat in front of the mirror in the toilet. It was a regular toilet. It only had a toilet and a sink and that was it. I had just placed a giant mirror in the toilet.

I looked into my eyes in the reflection and stared into my soul. I had no idea what I was looking for. What was it? My morality? Guilt for killing someone else? Nah, none of those things.

Something was bothering me ever since I woke up. Something was nagging me. Was it puberty? After all Damien was only 16 years old. No, even in the novel Damien showed no signs of going through puberty like a normal teenager. All it did for him was just get more creative with his kills.

I finally found something. I hadn't been looking for it but I found something. The light in my eyes... it had dulled. They had lost their shine. Not literally but metaphorically. The second day I had come to this world I had looked into the mirror and I was still the old me. I was here for nearly an entire month. Just 2 or three more days and it would be one full month. Compared to that my eyes had changed.

That wasn't the only thing that had changed about me. I didn't notice all these changes about myself but having a mirror in front of me really helped in seeing how much I changed.

The way I held myself, the way I walked, the way I looked at myself and even my aura. I couldn't see aura or any of that spiritual bullshit but I could feel it sort of.

I glanced at the rest of my body. The muscles that I had cultivated, the soft skin on my face, the hair that had grown out for me and my genital. It was above average but since I was not hard then this was just it's base form. It hadn't even reached its final form yet.

The clouds were darkened and heavy rain poured onto the ground. A tall man reaching heights of 7 feet with long horns, a coarse face that was plastered with a frown, half a tail, two giant bat wings and a pitch black crown on his head.

The man was as dark as midnight. From head to toe he looked like the black shoe shine polish. He wore a black coat that draped onto the floor like a wedding dress.

Lightning lit up the sky as thunder let everyone know of its presence.

SHAKOOOM!

SHAKOOOM!

The man turned to the man who stood besides him. He looked similar to the giant man except for the fact that he was shorter, had a more punch able face and only one wing.

"Why is it raining so heavily?" he asked. "Did the world serpent move?"

"No sire..." The man answered instantly. "The world serpent has not moved from its spot. He is still hibernating and is going to be like that until the great feeding."

The tall man walked around in a circle for quite some time as he tapped the side of his head with his finger. "I don't know what it is but today I feel like... I don't know how to describe this feeling. No I can. I'm just pissed of. Irrated! Why is that?"

The smaller man felt his heart sink. If he didn't want to lose his other wing he had to answer. But how was he going to do that? It was not like he was some kind of empath who could understand people's thoughts and feelings. Just what exactly was he to say?

"My liege, Would you like to go kill the rebels that we have found today? That has always put you in a good mood." the man suggested. He held his breath and waited as his three hearts beat ferociously. He lowered his gaze to the floor and waited. He was either going to lose his other wing, die or nothing was to happen. A not so bad odd.

"Indeed that always puts me in a good mood. Let go then." the taller man said.

The pain and heaviness on the smaller man's shoulders were immediately lifted. The heavy mountain that was making his back ache was gone. His shoulders had been feeling more heavier than when I have to carry my fatass teammates in an online match.

The man immediately turned up to the sky. 'Dear God, I know that I am a demon but I just want to say, thank you. I know now that you exist and I will always pray to you. Thank you.'

The taller man snapped his finger and they stood in front of several other people. They consisted of men, woman and children who had been tied to posts. A gaurd felt his presence and turned around.

He immediately dropped to his knees and placed his face on the floor. "Sir Demon lord!"
