Chapter 11

(Inside the Gate)

(Zesshi)

"Hmmm now this is weird I don't see or sense any monsters?"

She said walking inside the cave-like interior of the Gate.

(Shio)

"Indeed we've been traveling for about an hour now and still nothing found."

(Zesshi)

"Did you think the Gate got bugged or glitched out?"

(Shio)

"Haha, you've been playing too much of those video games Song Yi told you lately."

(Zesshi)

"It is boring that I can't fight that much unless I want to make myself too strong for this world. Those video games kept me entertained while waiting for Jin-woo to level up."

(Shio)

"I know and I don't think the Gods or Lily will make such a mistake even tho she sounds simple I know that she's a calculative person based on how I felt during our meet."

(Zesshi)

"I see, I guess well just what waiting for us at the end of this tunnel."

(30min later)

Soon Zesshi and Shio Arrive at a huge door that at each side is designed with a black and white contrast to each side.

(Shio)

"Looks like we've arrived."

Zesshi then opened the door only to see the endless void. Not caring about this she entered as the door closed and the darkness starts to disappear showing what was inside.

(Zesshi)

"Well, totally dint expect this."

(Shio)

"I'm with you on this one."

Looking in front of them they can see two armies one is composed of warriors whose skin has a bit blue and have long ears while the other is Knights colored silver, white, and gold as they emit a light aura.

On the other side is Composed of pale humanoid creatures with fangs on their mouth and knights whose colored black, grey, and red. Soon a horn was sounded as both armies started charging to fight each other while a screen appeared in front of Zesshi

[Notice!: On the duration of the Trial Seeker's stay on this trial they will be provided with a Map and a Mission to clear. Upon clearing said mission the Trial Seeker can enter the reward room at which they can claim their appropriate rewards and exit.]

[Mission: Neither light nor dark survives 1]

Mission Requirements-

Main - Kill at least 50% of the Dark faction.

-Dark faction: 10000/10000

Main - Kill at least 50% of the Light faction

-Light faction: 10000/10000

Side Mission - Any extra kills above both the mandatory Missions will be counted and will be rewarded based on the total extra kill count.

[Mission: Neither light nor dark survives 2]

Mission Requirements.

Main -Kill or control General Scarlet of the Dark faction.

-Scarlet Ravenfall: 1/1

-Status: Alive/Alert

Main - Kill or control General Maria of the Light faction.

-Maria Roseweiss: 1/1

-Status: Alive/Calm

Side Mission - Upon successfully controlling any or both of the Generals user will be rewarded with a small realm based on which one is captured or a medium size one composed of both elements if both are controlled.

[Notice: Rewards will only be revealed after the trial!]

(A/N: Small realm is about 10/10 Meters in diameter while the medium is 25/25.)

(Zesshi)

"Ahem, this is quite the mission the Gods gave us ain't it?"

(Shio)

"Indeed I did not think Lily would go all out like this. This is too bothersome I just want to laze around 'sigh' haaaa."

(Zesshi)

"So what route do we choose? The destruction or the control route?"

(Shio)

"Am pretty sure you know me already."

(Zesshi)

"Well Control route it is then, we better get started so that we can go back and sleep early."

They then proceed to climb a high area nearby to observe the battle. Then another screen appeared in front of them.

[Notice: Does the Trail Seeker wish to see some basic background information about the trial?]

(Zesshi)

"Shio what do you think?"

(Shio)

"I think we should watch it's always better to know your enemy than just charging in the unknown."

(Zesshi)

"Indeed"

They then proceed to watch the background history of the two main figures they need to control.

(In the battle)

While Zesshi and Shio were observing the two generals' info. Inside the Light faction's war camp. A captain entered the general's tent.

(Random light captain 1)

"General I've brought information from our intelligence group!"

He kneels in front of her long white hair tied in a ponytail as she appears to be wearing knight armor. Alongside her is a sword radiating pure light energy. As she sit in front of her table she spoke in a calm and soothing voice.

(Maria)

"Report."

She

"General our spies stated that a small regiment of 150 from the Dark faction that withdraw earlier is now found near to the left of our flanks. Sightings also have concluded that they might see the enemy general Scarlet Ravenfall!"

(Maria)

"You're dismissed."

(Random light captain 1)

"Yes ma'am!"

As the Captain leaves she then stood up picking up her sword.

(Maria)

"Wonder she's not in the frontlines of the battlefield it seems she's finally using that useful brain of hers instead of just rushing in to fight."

Putting her sword at her side scabbard. She gets out of her tent and said to the soldiers outside.

(Maria)

"The enemies are trying to destroy our flank and backlines so we must prevent this from happening. Regiment 4 shall follow me as we repel our attackers the rest try to keep up a defensive approach and hold out the enemies' reinforcements. That's all, soldiers of regiment 4 prepare to leave!"

(Army)

"Yes ma'am!"

While this was happening a certain captain thought to himself

(Random Light captain 1)

"Lady Maria has always worked hard to protect our kingdom. She leads us to victory after victory by her taking the banner on her back. Her brave and calming presence has given us hope when the dark forces are about to win this war."

As he remembers the time of Maria's arrival.

(5 years ago Light kingdom Royal capital)

In a white and Golden palace, the King of the Light kingdom Louis Light sits on his throne as his advisors and generals talk.

(Light General 1)

"My king we can't hold on for much longer the Dark forces are soon gonna wipe out our main force and will proceed here!"

As the King put his hand on his head he spoke.

(Louis)

"I know general I know and I'm too weak to do anything about it!"

Smacking his throne tears slowly fell from his eyes.

(Louis)

"My people, everyone please forgive me I... I have failed you all. I don't deserve to be your king..."

He spoke to all inhabitants of the kingdom.

(Light Advisor 1)

"My king no you've done more than enough for us!"

(Louis)

"But I-

The moment his advisor spoke at that moment the entire kingdom shine bright as the cries of the whole kingdom's population were heard. And at that moment at the altar of the God of Light, a pillar of light shines atop the skies. When the pillar of light finally dissipates there she stood the white-haired Woman who will change the fate of the Kingdom. Everyone not just in the room but everyone in the kingdom who was watching via their connection to their king looked at the women who just arrived.

(Maria)

"I-... 'Ahem ahem,' I am Maria Roseweiss, and I'm here as a manifestation of the kingdom's faith in their king."

She said walking to Louis and kneeling in front of him.

(Maria)

"What is your order, my King?"

Louis who was looking at the woman in front of him felt an even more heavy burden on his shoulder. But instead of being bothered by it, he embraced the burden of carrying the trust his people gave him.

(Louis)

"Ca- can you save my kingdom, can you save everyone?"

(Maria)

"Your wish is my command."

At that moment Maria appeared and destroyed the Dark faction's army reclaimed lost land and push to offensive even further. Until she came into the Empire's new army legion where she would meet her rival, friend, and fated destiny.

(Captain)

"Even though I lost my position as general I gained something even ever and I will make sure to give my all not to be a burden to her."

He said looking at the flag on the cape of Maria's back.

(Near the Light faction's left flank)

An army of knights in black armor can be seen marching almost silently. While in front of the army a woman wearing black and red half Knight armor can be seen leading the group. She raised her hand as the army stopped and a soldier came out of the shadow in the tree nearby she then spoke in a carefree tone.

(Scarlet)

"What's the situation?"

(Random scout 1)

"It seems the Light faction got information of our plans to attack their backlines!"

She then put her finger on her chin and started to think.

(Scarlet)

"What should I do? Hmmm... Nah I give up thinking is Maria's quirk I've tried but it's too bothersome."

As she was speaking her captain thought to himself.

(Random dark captain 1)

"Haaa I would have questioned the Emperor's decision to make her the General if not for the fact she's smart and too strong at being one. Albeit she's just lazy and does not use her smarts properly 'sigh'. But without her then our side would have long lost the war due to the Light factions General Maria Roseweiss."

He then looks at Scarlet.

(4 years ago Dark empire's Royal capital)

Inside the throne room, the Emperor Caesar Dark of the Dark empire closed his eyes and thought.

(Caesar)

"If we just won this stupid war then peace will come as our world will be spared from its cruel fate. Why must only one of our races survive in order for our world to live why?"

He opens his eyes and looks at the shining sun in the sky.

(Caesar)

"It seems that the light is truly blessed as if the world heard their voice and gave them their War maiden..."

He then walks out to the balcony and connects to all the citizens of his empire and said.

(Caesar)

"My people, my friend, my family, my home we have been on this together for a long time now."

Taking a breath he said.

(Caesar)

"My empire we are on this together no matter what happens we will live proudly, fight proudly and prove to them our existence as we face all our problems as a family!"

Soon the entire Empire erupted in screams and cries of every single people in it.

(Caesar)

"No matter what our end will be I'm proud to be with you all and to be your leader."

He said smiling as trying to prevent the tears from falling from his eyes. Then the world trembles as the day turned into night the Darkness that covers the Empire all gathered in front of the Dark god's altar. Soon emerge a black-haired girl as she was walking towards the emperor she suddenly disappear.

(Scarlet)

"Woah everyone looks so happy even though they know they're about to die."

He then turned and saw the girl sitting on the balcony looking at everyone below as she speak.

(Scarlet)

"I've decided I don't want everyone's smile to Weaver so I guess I'll delay being lazy for now hehe."

She then stood up and face the Emperor, walking toward him she suddenly did something that made the Emperor a blushing mess.

(Scarlet)

"Hyaaaaa"

As she jumps into him and proceeds to hug him like a koala while patting his head.

(Scarlet)

"There there it's ok now Big sister is here to help you."

That moment was recorded in history when the Dark emperor turned much redder than any pure apple they can find.

Soon as scarlet took the battlefield she dint plan much as she just charges in. She knows she can plan but preferred not to. Soon after so many victories, she meets the Kingdom's main force where she meets the one who will make her serious, one who will give her the motivation to show her true self The girl named Maria Roseweiss.

(Random dark captain 1)

"She single-handedly even out the tides of war, she is our hope in this cruel world and I would dedicate my life to her wishes."

He said looking at Scarlet's sleepy figure.

(Back to Zesshi/Shio)

(Shio)

"Damn that's a lot more lore from someone Lily just created to be killed or 'controlled'. And that's just the surface of the iceberg lore of these two gotta hand it to Lily for giving the effort."

(A/N: "Pats my own back," I thought of more than 3 names and a decent concept :3)

(Zesshi)

"I agree but that makes it even better doesn't it?"

She smiled as soon the smile turn into something wicked.

(Shio)

"Indeed it makes me wanna get them even more now! But we must think of a plan as if am not mistaken both are literally the manifestation of their Kingdom/Empire and are lv125 with insane talents and skill at their disposal."

(Zesshi)

"I know one even has a skill that increase her speed without limit aslong as she has the energy for it while the other has near perfect defense haaaa this is gonna be rough."

(Shio)

"That's why we should keep observing them for in their upcoming battle and then we decide how we should deal with them without killing them."

(Zesshi)

"Agreed"

(Shio)

"You take over the scouting for now I need to sleep managing that information is not fun, wake me up later if something happened ok?"

(Zesshi)

"Ok I will"

As Zesshi was about to walk she suddenly felt her knees and legs become weak as she collapse into the ground. Then looking below she can see her underpart leaking a lot of liquids as something entered both her holes.

(Shio)

"I'll sleep here don't disturb me or else ill f**k you till morning!"

(5min later)

As Zesshi finally managed to get her body functional she smack the group with her arm.

(Zesshi)

"You bitch! I-"

She then was immediately forced to calm down by an aura inside her.

(Zesshi)

"Dammit why do I have something similar to undeads emotion inhibitors when it comes to her!"

But soon she finally calm down and thought "rationally" as she touch her bulging stomach.

(Zesshi)

"Well, I guess it feels good and exciting."

She said walking to the battle between the two Generals.

(A/N: I don't even know how I managed to pull a decent concept for this chapter out of my ass when I was just thinking it on the spot at the bus but hey it works so I won't complain. Anyways stay safe everyone bye-bye ;3)
