111 A Withered Rose

'Why is this happening to me?' Fria thought to herself as a piece of paper was placed in front of her. The paper told her to start reading lines off of it like a script and it detailed everything she needed to say to those in the call.

She didn't know why this was happening and why the person holding a gun to her head knew about the tournament in general. There was not a single person that she knew of that took the tournament so seriously to have her tracked down and make her read to her team that they had won by some sort of disqualification.

As much as she wanted to know about what was happening she wasn't really able to ask questions in her current circumstances. Since she knew these things she just did as she was told and read everything on the sheet as instructed whether it was actually true or not.

Eventually, she finished reading the sheet and told her team everything they needed to know from what the person behind her gave her. One thing that she had deduced during this time was the fact that Boss413 was more than likely the culprit of what was happening. She was the only person that Fria didn't really understand and seemed to have all sorts of weird coincidences happening around her that shouldn't be possible.

'Why would she do this though?' Fria thought in confusion.

They had clearly not had any upfront confrontation with each other since they had met besides a little bit of coldness when she first joined the call and then announced she was dating Kanzaki.

These were all of the things they had been at odds about and Boss413 should have only known about one of them so Fria didn't understand what made Boss413 go to these lengths.

It wasn't until Fria turned off her computer that she came up with the idea of why this all might be happening, 'Kanzaki.' Fria thought to herself in shock.

Fria had a similar reaction when she was told that Boss413 was dating Kanzaki. She had planned to do everything in her power to separate the two so she could reunite with Kanzaki so who was she to say that Boss413 wouldn't try and do the same thing? That also meant that Boss413 knew Kanzaki's past and more than likely was very close to him in person as well.

'They don't date online like we did when we dated.' Fria thought to herself with the realization of everything that was happening.

Before that train of that could move much further the person behind her finally spoke, "Slowly stand up and follow me." The voice said sounding like a man which Fria quickly noted as she began to stand up.

As Fria was standing up she was suddenly struck in the back of the head with something heavy before she passed out due to the force.

"W-where am I?" Fria said out loud as she began to regain consciousness. At first, Fria didn't really understand what was happening and thought she was waking up from a nap but after a few moments of grogginess the memories came back to her and her eyes quickly shot open to see nothing but darkness.

"HELLO! IS ANYONE THERE?!" Fria began shouting trying to get some sort of response from someone nearby or someone that might be outside of where she was. She wasn't able to move from where she was due to the rope binding her hands and legs to a chair but she continued to shout for a while until she finally lost her voice and almost began to cry due to her predicament but before she could do that light suddenly broke the darkness.

The light came from a TV screen sitting a few feet in front of her and displayed an image of a person wearing a mask that made it impossible to see their identity. There were no features on the mask except little eye holes that allowed Fria to see the eyes of the person.

"So you finally stopped shouting? It's about time you slut." The voice said making sound travel throughout the room Fria was in for the first time besides her own voice.

The voice that spoke immediately was recognized by Fria and it answered all of the assumptions she had made before she was knocked out, "W-why are you doing this to me? I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING TO YOU!" Fria shouted at Boss413 or unknown to her Selena who was staring through the screen with an unwavering gaze.

"Oh dear, don't act like you don't know why I did this. At the very least you have the brains of a cockroach so you should be able to see I did this because of my love Kanzaki~ I would say you haven't done anything for me but you broke my love's heart which led him to me so I must say thank you~" Selena said through the TV with clear obsession in her voice making Fria shudder as it clearly outshined her own love for Kanzaki.

At that point, Fria realized how far gone Selena was and was beginning to want nothing else than to get as far away from where she was as possible but before she could say anything Selena continued, "However, by breaking his heart you also caused the love of my life pain and this is unacceptable since only I can do that~ So now you must face the consequences~" Selena said eerily as she began laughing like a maniac making Fria more scared and even making her wet her pants.

'H-he isn't worth all this. I WANT OUT OF HERE!' Fria screamed in her mind as she listened to the insane laughter of Selena. It was clear something bad was going to happen soon so Fria grabbed at all the straws she could.

"I-I'M SORRY OK! I WON'T GO NEAR HIM ANYMORE I PROMISE! YOU CAN HAVE HIM! I SWEAR I WON'T EVEN GO ON HIS STREET! MATTER OF FACT I WILL MOVE AWAY!" Fria shouted deliriously as more liquid seeped from her pants dripping onto the floor showing the pure fear raging within her.

When Fria said this Selena's laughs stopped and she looked back toward the screen once more, "Oh really?~ You pinkie promise?~" Selena said curiously as she placed her pinkie finger toward the screen in a sign of agreement.

When Fria saw this and her only way out she jumped at it with open arms, "YES YES I PINKIE SWEAR!" Fria shouted trying to show her pinkie but she couldn't due to the rope binding her to the chair.

"Sounds like a deal~ Make sure not to break it or things will get much worse for you~ I will go ahead and let my men see you out~" Selena said chuckling slightly before two men wearing identical masks to Selena's appeared in front of the TV screen each holding a different weapon of choice with one being a bat and another a sledgehammer.

"Have fun!~" Selena shouted before she disappeared from the screen leaving Fria in total darkness with the slow silent approach of both the men in the room.

"WAIT! WAIT! G-GET AWAY! NOOOO!" Fria shouted at the top of her lungs as her time with Kanzaki ended for good.
