Jun Wu Xiao vs Yue Guang

Jun Wu Xiao and Yue Guang had now stepped out of the cave. They stood about six meters apart and faced each other.

Suddenly, Jun Wu Xiao felt something on his back and remembered he was carrying a map. Not wanting to damage it, he said:

"Wait for me to put away the map."

Before she could respond, he had already left. Moments later, he returned and asked:

"When shall we begin?"

Yue Guang thought for a moment, then picked up a stone from the ground and said:

Yue Guang planted her right foot firmly, leaning to the right to dodge the punch while simultaneously swinging her right fist in a hook aimed directly at Jun Wu Xiao's chin.

Jun Wu Xiao saw her move but, feeling superior in strength, initially underestimated her. At this moment, he had only one foot on the ground, and his hand was not retracted in time to block, so his only option was to jump backward to lessen the impact of Yue Guang's hook on his chin.

Pushing off with one foot, Jun Wu Xiao leaped back. As he was airborne, her hook connected with his chin, spinning him several times in the air before he fell to the ground. Although he was hit, the jump had significantly reduced the force to his chin, so the injury was not severe.

Jun Wu Xiao had just landed, still crouching low, and before he could straighten up, Yue Guang was already upon him. She launched a kick towards his head, but this time he managed to cover his head with his hands.

Although he blocked the kick from hitting his head directly, he couldn't negate the force of the kick. He was knocked back, lying on his back on the ground. Before he could rise, Yue Guang spun in the air, and her heel smashed towards his head.

Involuntarily, Jun Wu Xiao could only roll to one side to dodge the attack. Yue Guang's heel hitting the ground created a small depression in the earth. Jun Wu Xiao quickly got up, but Yue Guang continued to rush towards him, and then he was kicked into a tree.

At this moment, Yue Guang also paused for a bit, continuously exerting herself, which consumed a large amount of oxygen, and she needed to catch her breath.

Jun Wu Xiao took advantage of this opportunity to stabilize his condition, adopting a defensive stance before slowly seeking opportunities to attack.

Seeing his defense, Yue Guang did not rush to attack. After all, she needed to take a breather and even if she fought, it would be difficult for her to break his defense.

Jun Wu Xiao threw a punch at her, Yue Guang also leaned to dodge and at the same time threw a punch at his face.

But his punch was just a feint. In this instant, he kicked towards her side. The kick hit her, causing her ribs to crack.

As he turned his body to kick, his face also turned, and Yue Guang's punch hit his nose, breaking it. Blood flowed from his nose.

Both cried out in pain, and Yue Guang was kicked far away. Jun Wu Xiao ignored his own injuries and continued to attack Yue Guang.

He lifted his heel high, intending to strike down at her. Yue Guang saw that Jun Wu Xiao was now only standing on one foot and used all her strength to push his leg away.

Before his heel could hit her, she pushed his leg, causing him to fall backwards. Seizing this opportunity, Yue Guang immediately sat on top of Jun Wu Xiao, holding his head with her hand and biting towards his neck.

Jun Wu Xiao saw her movement and quickly said:

"Wait."

Yue Guang immediately stopped, looking displeased, and said:

"Wait for what? You better explain it properly to me."

"No biting. No biting." Jun Wu Xiao hurriedly said.

Yue Guang frowned at his words and said:

"Why no biting? I told you as long as you're alive, it's fine. Why won't you let me bite?"

"Can't I dislike it? And I don't want to eat you, do I really have to attack that way?" Jun Wu Xiao said.

Yue Guang didn't object, but she felt that if she stopped abruptly, she would be at a disadvantage, so she said:

"But me stopping means I've lost the opportunity to attack just now. How will you compensate me?"

Jun Wu Xiao thought for a moment and realized she was right because when she had him pinned down, it was indeed an opportunity for her to attack. He said:

"How about I stand still and let you hit me once?"

Yue Guang thought the offer wasn't too bad and replied:

"Alright, I agree."

Then the two of them stood up, and Jun Wu Xiao did as promised, standing still, allowing her to deliver a full-force hook punch to his face.

He was struck down to the ground, blood spurting from his mouth. Jun Wu Xiao struggled to get up, and Yue Guang waited for him to rise rather than attack immediately.

Jun Wu Xiao dazed from the blow and staggering, ignored the blood from his mouth and said:

"Continue."

They continued to fight for several hours. In the end, Jun Wu Xiao emerged victorious due to his greater strength and physical endurance compared to Yue Guang.

"The strength of her blows is just like when I had my breakthrough. Now we have yet another thing in common. Now, I just need to wait for Chu Wu to have his breakthrough to see how he differs from me." Jun Wu Xiao thought.

After a long battle, both were severely injured, with Yue Guang having numerous cracked bones. The damage to her arms resulted from being hit, while her hands suffered from the pressure of striking, leading to the fractures. Now, her body was covered in blood, there was both her blood and Jun Wu Xiao's blood.

Jun Wu Xiao was slightly better off. Though he had fewer fractures than Yue Guang, he was bruised and had lacerations from the fight, with blood running all over his body.

Yue Guang lay on her back on the ground, in pain but with a joyful expression on her face. She laughed and said:

"He he, this is the first time I've fought someone as strong as this."

"I feel the same. Fighting you is harder than capturing an emperor." Jun Wu Xiao joked.

Hearing that, Yue Guang was stunned for a moment and asked:

"You've captured an emperor before?"

"Indeed. I captured him for a friend of mine. He's a general. I'll take you to meet him sometime." Jun Wu Xiao said nonchalantly.

Yue Guang seemed intrigued and replied:

"A person you respect must be extraordinary. I'll go with you. But I have to wait until I've had another breakthrough."

Yue Guang nodded and said:
