Is He Okay?

*Bang!*

Jungkook collapsed, body sprawled on the floor. Taehyung came running up. He saw Jungkook on the floor motionless and not breathing. He fell by his side and checked his pulse. His heart was still beating.

"Jungkook! Why? How could you?"

He quickly took his phone out and called 911.

Police Operator: 911, what's your emergency?

Taehyung: My, friend he- he's been shot, please send an ambulance! We need an ambulance!

Police Operator: Sir, please calm down, what is the address?

Taehyung: The Park Family Mansion, please come quick!

Police Operator: Alright sir we have an ambulance on route now, they'll be there in a few minutes.

Taehyung: Please hurry!

He hung up and sat by Jungkook's side, holding onto him. "Don't worry Kookie, you'll be okay. I hope."

A few minutes later he heard the sirens from the police cars and ambulances and ran down to let the paramedics in.

"Hurry, up here!" He exclaimed.

The paramedics quickly ran up the stairs with a stretcher and all different kinds of medical equipment. Up to Jungkook's room where he was laying covered in blood. They did a check on him and then strapped him to the stretcher and took him quickly but carefully down the stairs and into the back of the ambulance. Taehyung went in with them too. Surprisingly Jungkook stayed stable the whole way to the E.R. When they got into the hospital the paramedics transferred him onto a bed and the doctors took him to the I.C.U.

Taehyung sat in the waiting room and called Namjoon.

"Namjoon-hyung thank god you answered! Listen, Jungkook is in the hospital and I'm here with him, earlier he tried committing suicide, he's in critical condition," said Taehyung.

"Wait! What? How?" Replied Namjoon.

"He had a gun, he shot himself." said Taehyung.

"Ok, hang tight we're on our way, Jin-hyung should already be there." said Namjoon.

"Okay, see you soon." replied Taehyung.

They hung up and Taehyung sat there in silence worried about what might happen and about how Jimin would take the news.

At Namjoon's home.

"Jimin, we gotta go to the hospital there's been an accident and Jungkook is hurt." Namjoon yelled up to Jimin's room.

Jimin quickly came running down.

"WHAT?! When, what happened?" He asked frantic.

"Jungkook, he- he tried to commit suicide." replied Namjoon.

"WHAT?"

They both ran out to the car and got in. Namjoon drove as fast as he could and they finally got to the hospital after about an hour and a half. They parked and ran in and found Taehyung.

"Tae! We're here! How is he?" Asked Namjoon.

"He's still in surgery. They're haven't been any updates." he replied.

"We should've never told him anything, then he would be fine. Now he's on an operating table again and it's all my fault." said Jimin shaking his head, tears piled up in his eyes. "My little brother is now going to die because of me, now my whole family will be gone, I will no longer have anyone."

"Jimin, he'll be fine. Besides you have me and Tae, we will be there by your side every step of the way." said Namjoon trying to be comforting.

"You know for a mob boss your not as heartless as I thought you'd be." replied Jimin.

"Thanks?" Replied Namjoon.

Jimin laughed a little.

The three were sitting when Taehyung saw something on the news, he turned the volume up.

"Hey, guys look." he said.

Jimin and Namjoon turned and looked up at the television.

The headlines read,

"Prominent  member of one of the most famous families in Busan shot"

Than a reporter appeared on the screen.

"Prominent member of the Park Family, Jeon Jungkook, has reportedly been shot in the family mansion earlier today, a 911 call had been placed minutes after the shot had been fired. We have heard the recording but for the sake of the family's privacy we had been forbidden from playing it. Minutes after the call was placed sirens were heard arriving at the scene. The shot that was fired is believed to be a robbery. The police are already pursuing suspects."

"Damn, who knew they'd make such a big deal out of this." said Taehyung.

"Well, it's one of the most important families in Busan, of course it would make news." replied Namjoon.

"Great, I'm gonna have reporters all over my house now." frowned Jimin very annoyed and unhappy. "Hey, you have a lot of spare bedrooms at your place right?" He asked Namjoon.

"Yeah, why?" He replied.

"Well, since I'm already living there technically, when Jungkook gets out could you let him stay there too?" Asked Jimin.

"Uh, sure." said Namjoon.

They looked up at the television again. The same reporter was still talking.

"This just in, my sources have found the hospital that is treating Jeon Jungkook. We are here in front of, Busan St. Mary's Hospital, he is in the private ward. Though we don't have word on what room he is in and what is happening at this very moment, we will have hourly updates, now back to Choi Seung in the studio."

Jimin got a call. It was Yoongi.

"Hello?" Replied Jimin.

"Jimin, are you okay. What's happening, I'm watching the news, what's this about Jungkook getting shot?" He asked frantic.

"It's fine, it's all a big misunderstanding. He got shot but it wasn't anyone trying to rob the house, he tried committing suicide." whispered Jimin.

"Oh my god, why? Wait, you told him the truth didn't you?" He asked.

"Yeah, we told him everything, then he goes off and pops himself in the head with a 9 millimeter." replied Jimin.

"Damn, putting aside everything that we hate each other for, I will be there soon." said Yoongi hanging up.

Jimin placed his phone in his pocket and went back with Namjoon and Tae.

"Well, I guess Yoongi-hyung is on his way."

"Oh, and so is Hobi-hyung." added Taehyung.

Soon seconds go by, then minutes, and then hours.

After about seven or eight hours Jin finally came out.

"Jin-hyung! How is he?" Asked Jimin and the other two at the same time.

"He's stable, he needs a lot of rest but he's gonna make it." replied Jin.

"Oh, good." sighed Jimin in relief. "But is he conscious?"

"Oh yes, he is. In fact I'm surprised that this injury didn't do much damage to him. A shot to the head should've killed him, he's very lucky to have survived." said Jin.

"So, can we see him?" Asked Taehyung.

"Yeah, sure but I just have one thing to say, he's still in a lot of pain, so go easy on him and no yelling or arguing." said Jin.

Namjoon, Jimin and Taehyung went into the room to see Jungkook. He was barely awake.

"Jungkook? It's us we're here for you, how are you feeling?" Asked Jimin.

"Hyung, I'm fine, but my head is just throbbing a little." he replied. "What about you hyung? How are you? Are you okay?"

"Yes, of course why wouldn't I be?" Replied Jimin.

"Are you telling me you don't remember what happened earlier?" Asked Jungkook.

"Jungkook, I have no idea what you're talking about." replied Jimin.

"You had a mental breakdown and then went and did somethings that kinda freaked me out." said Jungkook.

"Oh, well I feel fine, except for the huge cut on my arm." said Jimin.

"You see? That was from earlier." said Jungkook. "Putting that aside when can I go home, I hate hospitals and I really don't want to be here any longer."

"They're gonna keep you here overnight but you should be getting discharged soon." replied Taehyung. "Oh yeah and you're gonna have to stay with Namjoon-hyung for the time being. Your house is kind of a bad place to be right now."

"And why exactly is that?" Asked Jungkook.

"Word got out that you were shot and now your place is surrounded by reporters." replied Taehyung.

"Oh, Great." said Jungkook sarcastic.

"Oh, and Yoongi-hyung and Hobi-hyung are on there way." added Jimin.
