"Good evening, everyone. Welcome and thank you all for coming." Timothy began, his voice empty, his eyes and face, cold, placid, and emotionless.

"Standing here today, I will like to introduce to you all someone new in the family." He said and turned to where Selena was seated and stretched forth a hand. "Please, join me up here."

Selena took in a deep breath before leaving her seat. Debbie appeared beside her and held her by the arm, giving her a reassuring smile.

Selena smiled, feeling less tensed as Debbie led her up to where Timothy stood and placed her palm in Timothy's outstretched one.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to introduce to you all, my beautiful and intelligent wife, Selena Scott." Timothy said and immediately, there were whispers flying around the garden.

Timothy had already envisioned something like this happening so, he did not feel bothered.
