CHAPTER 29… GROWING FEELINGS?

After dinner that evening, Selena walked into the bedroom to invite Timothy for a walk in the garden. When she entered the room, he was on the phone with someone so, she stood by the door and waited for him to finish.

"Find anything useful and get back to me before midnight." He said, wanting to end the call as quickly as possible when he saw Selena.

"Good. Goodnight then." Timothy said and ended the call.

He placed the phone on the couch and stood up to stand before Selena.

"Tell me wifey, did you miss me already?" Timothy teased, reaching to poke her cheek.

Selena rolled her eyes and hissed.

"You left the table quickly. Why?"

"Business." Timothy replied. "Sorry."

"It's okay. Uhm, I was wondering if you would take a walk with me in the garden." Selena muttered, making cute puppy eyes. "I saw this really cute garden at the back of the house and I have been wanting to go check it out."
