chapter 10 hunting ground

after I logged back on the sun was all ready up blood it's time to get moving said shell ok I said so we broke down our campsite bagged the meat and went to the hunting grounds.

the hunting grounds was a 10 ten miles long in radius what animals they hunt is monkeys, snakes, tigers, boars, and magical beast they also do gather herbs both magical and medical.

as we enter the camp shell and the others brought me to the regular campsite it was a clearing in the forest around 40 feet wide there was a black spot in the middle probably were there camp fire was last time.

when we get there we all start putting up the camp we built tents with long sticks and leaves and set up a camp fire.

after that we want out to look for animals I want with snake, scale went with shell eel stayed at the camp to watch the fire.

so as snake and me walk in the woods for twenty minutes he stops I stop too.

I nodded and stared charging up the sling while he was slowly counting down the monkeys have noticed us and started screaming from the tree tops throwing sticks and fruit at us.

when snake said three we both threw the slings both our shots hits his shot was smooth and accurate.

while mine missed the intended target but hit a another monkey further behind it both monkeys fell while the rest ran as we both walk to the monkeys we heard a noise coming from further in the woods.

as snake loaded the sling again I grabbed my spear as we inch slowly to the monkeys corpses and then a tiger jumped out of the thickets.
