Ren and Onoki didn't stick on the topic for too long, they both had their ideas on who was behind root, but seeing that once the members of the Uzumaki clan that would be rescued undid the seal they would know everything they didn't bother continuing with the conversation.

Ren and Onoki could have, told the participating Stone ninjas to collect resources and not focus on killing the Uzumaki clan members.

But again this wasn't to their benefit nor was it to the villages.

It was a tough decision seeing that Ren and Onoki weren't completely heartless, but the benefits of the village came before their morality.

Ren and Onoki both knew the Uzumaki clan was a powerful bloodline clan, any members that escaped and harbored bad intentions towards the stone could pose a problem later on.

So they made a decision, a very cruel one at that.

No Uzumaki member is to escape the land of Whirlpool alive unless they were chosen to join the hidden stone village.

And worst of all the person responsible for completing this mission was Ren.

It could be said after this confrontation, the Uzumaki clan would either only exist in the hidden stone or they wouldn't exist at all.

The choices Ren and Onoki had made could be considered ruthless by many.

But to them, this decision was the most natural, when thinking about the future of the village.

They felt they had already given the Uzumaki clan a way out by giving them a chance to join the hidden stone.

If they couldn't accept their generosity, why leave them alive.

When Ren delivered the members of the Uzumaki clan that they 'saved' from the attack on their village, he and Onoki will play the role of a kind savior who wished they could have done more.

But if the Uzumaki clan decides not to stay in the village they will be killed off.

This whole mission was to bring a bloodline clan to the hidden stone, not to save their clan to not be repaid.

But this was just the first part of their plan.

If the recruitment of the Uzumaki van went well, what's to say they could recruit other clans as well as long as the opportunity present itself.

After accepting the Uzumaki clan Ren and Onoki planned to have them develop in the village for a few years, not sending them on missions or anything, the Uzumaki clan would rebuild its strength in the village in these years, they would make their first appearance in the second shinobi war if they had developed enough by then.

Then later when Ren recruited more clans he would use the case of the Uzumaki clan to show that them coming to the hidden stone would be a good choice for them.

After meeting and capturing the enemy ninja Ren was currently standing on a platform in the mountains behind the Tsuchikage building.

He was currently looking down at the army gathered before him, an army of one hundred and twenty ninjas of the hidden stone.

Twenty jonin, sixty genin, and forty chunin were gathered here all for the attack on the Uzumaki clan.

Ren had been appointed leader of this army, as the Tsuchikage would be leaving the village as a deterrent to stop any enemy village from having foolish thoughts of attacking the hidden stone.

Ren looked down at the army and began to speak.

"Ninja of the hidden stone, my name is Ren."

"I know you are all wondering why you are gathered here, and I will now tell you the importance of the mission we are about to carry out." Ren said in a serious and cold voice not befitting his body's age.
