Chapter 031- New plans

"Then you are really talented, Kaori. After you go to Konoha to marry me, I will teach you some techniques that you will make you reach your full potential. As long as you work hard, it will not be a problem for you to stand at the top of the world." Sarutobi said while patting her head.

Kaori blushed slightly feeling Sarutobi's action as she with determination, "Thank you, Sarutobi-san. I will not disappoint you."

'Sorry for not giving you the techniques immediately, Kaori. But I must make sure that you are truly a trustful person before I can share with you any of my secrets. Otherwise, if you turn out to be a spy for your father, it could bring a lot of problem for me.' Sarutobi thought as he decided to observe Kaori Uzumaki for a month.

After a month, if she passes the test, then he will marry him and share his secrets with her. Otherwise, Sarutobi would have no choice left but to keep his secrets hidden from her. In that case, even is he does marry her, it will only be for political ties with uzushiogakure and there is no possibility of them falling love with each other.

---A week later---

Sarutobi gathered all of the talented uzumaki children to take them to the Konoha with him. He also kept regular contact with Kaori during this week in order to strengthen their bonds.

"Kaori, I will be leaving for Konoha today. I will leave a wood clone back to talk to you. As for our marriage, I have already talked to your father and decided to set the date a month later. When the time comes, your father will take you to the Konoha where our marriage will be held. So, goodbye for now. I will miss you." Sarutobi said his goodbye as he gave a light kiss on her forehead.

"I will miss you too." Kaori said as she enjoyed the feeling of getting kissed on her forehead.

[A/N: I know what you guys are thinking. But you can rest assured that Sarutobi will not be getting ntr'ed by his clone. He is only leaving that clone to just communicate with Kaori and observe her whether she can be trusted or not. If Sarutobi wants to do any intimate action with any of his wives, he will never use a clone.]

Since there were many child that were travelling with Sarutobi, it took slightly longer than usual to reach Konoha. After reaching there, Sarutobi first called Koharu and asked him to settle the children in academy and give them proper residences to live.

After doing that, he took Madara and Hashirama and went to the Hokage office to discuss their next course of the plan. Along the way, he also asked the anbus to summon Tobirama in the office as well.

"M-Madara, W-why are you here?" As Tobirama entered the Hokage office, he was shocked at the presence of Madara and quickly took a defensive position.

Seeing his brother's defensive position against Madara, Hashirama quickly said to Tobirama, "Relax Tobirama. Madara is not our enemy anymore. We have already managed to reconcile and he is ready to join Konoha again."

Even after hearing Hashirama's words, Tobirama didn't relax his vigilance at all instead he looked at Sarutobi and inquired, "Is it true, Saru?"

"Yes, sensei. It is true. From my observation, he doesn't seem to be lying about joining Konoha. As for him doing anything harmful to Konoha, you can rest assured about that as well. As long as Hashirama-senpai is with us, he can control Madara-senpai." Saruotb replied.

"Ok, I trust your judgment. But I will be keeping an eye on him." Even though Tobirama didn't fully let go of his vigilance against Madara, the tension in the room became much less than before.

"Hmph! You are still as annoying, Tobirama." Madara snorted as he heard Tobirama mentioning about keeping an eye on him. But he didn't further provoke Tobirama thinking about the technique that could resurrect his brother is still at other party's hand.

"Let's not escalate this any further as we have something important to discuss. If we truly want to succeed in our plan to dominate the world and create a peaceful place where everyone would be able to live there peacefully without worrying about getting send to the war to die, we must need unity among us. Otherwise, we will slowly crumble from inside and our enemies can easily take advantage of this to foil our plan." Sarutobi said with a serious voice while looking at their faces.

Seeing that everyone understood his words, Sarutobi nodded in satisfaction and said, "Good. Now let's discuss about the plan of mine. You all know about our final goal. So, I will not go deep into that anymore."

"The primary course of the plan is to create an organization which will be totally different than Konoha. On the surface, this organization will not hold any ties with Konoha at all in order to avoid trouble in both worlds."

"For now, the organization's main goal will be to gain a foothold in both worlds and gather strong members to increase its power. By making the organization totally unrelated to Konoha, it can easily attract many people from other villages as long as we can show them some benefits that is even better than their own village can give."

"It will also be helpful in the One-piece world. No matter what the organization does there, as long as there is no direct connection with Konoha, the world government shouldn't take any action against us."

"This organization will be divided into two branches. One is in One-piece world. There the organization will work as a pirate in order to get a foothold in new world and gather strong enough power to rival the world government."

"As for the ninja world branch, it will work as a mercenary group. Even though, there is no strong opponent in the current ninja world that could stop us from unifying the ninja world, it would be very difficult to rule the other villagers if we forcefully make them surrender as the villagers would have tremendous hatred toward us which will easily cause many rebellions."

"So, it is better if we can do this in a more peaceful manner. For that reason, the organization's main objective in the ninja world would be to lure the high-level ninjas from other villages into this organization."

"As long as we can achieve that, it will become very easier for us to rule those villages after conquering them."

"This is the primary plan for now. Any question that you have?" Sarutobi asked.

"I have one. Who do you plan to make the leader of this organization?" Tobirama asked.

"I plan to let Madara and Hashirama senpai act as the leader. Madara senpai will be responsible for the branch in One piece world. And Hashirama senpai will be responsible for this world."

"Of course, since everyone in this world knows Hashirama senpai is affiliated with Konoha, he will have to hide while meeting them. Only when a member has enough loyalty to the organization, Hashirama senpai can reveal his identity. I know this will be very difficult, so I want you, Tobirama sensei to act as you brother's deputy."

"Ok, I will make sure my brother doesn't do anything stupid." Tobirama nodded.
