Futball

The materials Lui had ordered had arrived. Now came the task to assemble them. On the basis of knowledge gained by Lui, he worked 4 hours to create one big fat ball. It was bouncy but a bit hard. If hit with power, it could even break the wood of houses.

What if it was made of stone and it was thrown towards the target, say a stone wall protecting a castle, then the wall would break. This would be very useful for siege warfare. But was it possible? Then what would be it's name? Catapult? Hahaha..... ?

To store the knowledge gained from the system, Lui made the first book, simply by binding the papers together. He stored all the information like pots, salt, paper, tea, coffee and now about balls in that book. The book was safely stored in his spatial ring. By the looks of it, he would need many books.

Back to balls. He used his mother as an inspiration and drew some designs on the ball. He liked how the ball moved when he touched it with his foot, so he named it futball because a commoner like him lacked education. Next thing was to promote it. There was plenty of available lands for playing but how to play?

Simply kicking and running after the ball wouldn't work. He wanted futball to be something everyone could play together, as a team. Then an idea struck his head. What if there were two teams and each team had equal players. The players would have to corporate and put the ball in the gap of opponent's poles. The goal would be played for a fixed time and the team with the highest score after that time would win.

The next day, he rounded some young boys and also a few men and took them to a ground and planted two rods each side opposite to each other. Then he told the rules about the new game to people like using no hands and like that. He also told them how to play by showing a few failed tricks but the kids were impressed. Then Lui divided the people gathered into two equal teams and he himself chose one team.

Then the fist futball match began
