The Big Day #1

It was a peaceful morning to say the least. The kids were sound asleep in bed and all was well until the sound that no one ever wants to hear. The sound of the dreaded alarm. RING! RING! RING! "Uhhh", said a tired Cyrus as she shut down his alarm and got up. "Ok Cyrus", said Cyrus in his  head. "Today is the big day. There gonna announce the top two students for the international science coopetition and you have studied for this your entire life. This day is going to be perfect. The kind of day witch i dreamed since i was small. Ok Cyrus lets not get carried away with songs right now". Cyrus then went downstairs for some breakfast when he was greeted by Tom and Zeta. "Good morning Cy", said Tom. "Good morning father", said Cyrus as he opened the pantry and got out some Frosted Flakes and poured them into a bowl and got some milk and did the same. "Cyrus why did you add the milk last", said Casey. "It's better if you add it first as she ate some of her cereal. I think you should cut down on the Cocoa Puffs because there doing a number on ya", said Penny as she took a bite of her waffles. "Yes Casey, listen to your sister", said Cyrus. "Fine be related to annoying orange", said Casey. "Who is the annoying what", said Cyrus and Penny. "You wouldn't get it. Not even in any alternate universe ether", said Cyrus. Cyrus then sat down and ate his cereal and went to his room to change. After a little while it was time to go to school. Luckily for Cyrus and Penny, there school is only around five minutes from there house so even if they woke up late, they could still make it to school on time but for Casey, her school is to far for her to walk by herself so her mom takes her down. Cyrus and Penny got ready and headed out. "So Cyrus are you excited for today", Penny said. "OH yes. More excited than ever before", Cyrus said. "I can bet", said Penny. The two walked for a bit but got to school with plenty of time to spare.
