12 Unforeseen Simulation Joint Incident

USJ Central Plaza.

Aizawa Shota, the homeroom teacher of the U.A.'s Class 1-A students, was wholly defeated at the hands of Nomu.

Pinned on the ground with his right arm broken and restricted by Nomu, Aizawa cried out in pain, barely restricting himself from total collapse.

"Argh!"

In front of Aizawa was the young villain with grayish-bluish hair. He looked coldly at the restrained underground hero with hidden glee behind his embalmed hand mask.

"You can erase quirks."

"That's wonderful, but it's nothing impressive."

To the young villain, such effects didn't matter if one was weak. That was what his Master taught him.

After all...

"In the face of overwhelming power, you might as well be quirkless."

A sadistic grin was on the young villain's face as he felt pleasured by the hero's suffering.

Aizawa gritted his teeth and gazed at the young villain, immediately activating his quirk, Erasure. But before he could continue doing so, Nomu crushed his remaining left hand.

*Bam!*

"ARRGGHH!!!"

The underground hero screamed in agony and lay down on the ground under the hold of the monstrous being known as Nomu.

'I-It's like he- he's breaking a twig...'

'I... I'm sure I erased his quirk.'

'That means he is just that strong.'

"Ack!"

Nomu grasped Aizawai's jet-black curly hair and pulled it back before smacking it into the ground.

'He's as strong as All Might...'

*Bam!*

Meanwhile, a couple dozens of meters away. Three Class A-1 students were watching the scene with horrified expressions.

"M....M-Midoriya, I can't take it anymore."

The tiny student with purplish balls on his head was narrowly stopping himself from puking and crying his heart out.

"I'm sure you must be having second thoughts, right?"

"Ribbit..."

Midoriya, the broccoli-looking young man, looked at the scene with terror. No words could escape his lips as he could only watch the scene from afar.

Beside the young villain, a purplish miasma materialized out of nowhere. It transformed into a disfigured shadow of a man.

"Shigaraki Tomura."

"Kurogiri, did you kill Thirteen?"

The young villain, Shigaraki, glances at his subordinate with curiosity.

"I put Thirteen out of action, but there were students I couldn't disperse, and one managed to run away."

"Huh?"

Shigaraki looked at Kurogiri with a dumbfounded expression as if he couldn't believe what he was hearing from his subordinate's words.

He began scratching his neck while frowning inside his embalmed hand mask. He was in a bad mood since their infiltration would soon be discovered by surrounding professional heroes.

Shigaraki started gasping heavily for air as he thought about the complications such circumstances would bring. His plan and goal were now within a time limit.

He continued scratching his neck, and his body trembled from the failure of his subordinate.

"Kurogiri, you..."

"If you weren't a warp gate, I would have crushed you to tiny pieces."

Bloodlust emanated from his body, but Shigaraki unexpectedly stopped scratching his neck and calmed down. His body relaxed as he thought about their situation all over again.

"We can't win against dozens of pros."

"It's game over."

Shigaraki was disappointed for his fun to have ended early. Though, there was nothing he could do about it.

"Man, it's game over this time."

"Let's go home."

In the distance, Mineta felt the weight over his shoulders lightened.

"Let's go home?"

"Did he say let's go home?"

"That's what I heard, ribbit..."

With Tsuyu's confirmation, Mineta couldn't stop his tears from dripping out of his eyes. This whole thing was finally ending.

"All right, we're saved-!"

Before Mineta could scream in delight, Tsuyu bashed him into the water, preventing him from causing more problems for them.

"I have a bad feeling about this, Midoriya-kun."

Tsuyu felt her instincts screaming at her about what was to come next.

"Yeah, for them to simply retreat after doing all this..."

Midoriya also felt suspicious and complicated by the villains' sudden retreat. It felt too abrupt and strange. But villains were never people that could be understood with common sense.

'Didn't they want to kill All Might?'

'If they leave like this, U.A. will beef up their security.'

Nonetheless, Midoriya wasn't someone who understood this simple fact.

"Game Over?"

"What's going on? What are these guys planning?"

Midoriya wasn't convinced by the young villain's words.

Shigaraki stopped for a second as he realized a good idea popped up in his head.

"Oh, yeah..."

"Before we leave,"

Out of nowhere, Shigaraki turned his gaze over the trio, who felt their hair erecting in horror. His eyes were filled with madness as he disappeared from the spot and arrived before them in a mere second.

"Let's smash some of his pride as the Symbol of Peace."

Deku noticed Shigaraki's hands heading over towards Tsuyu's head. When he realized its power. A terrifying thought emerged in his head.

It was the scene of his friend decaying into ash.

But, before Shigaraki could touch the frog girl's face, a white furry hand appeared out of nowhere and stopped him from doing so.

Shigaraki also noticed the disappearance of his quirk, making him glance at Aizawa, who was barely activating his quirk to save his precious students.

Then, he turned upward and saw a humanoid polar bear wearing a jet-black suit gazing at him coldly with predator-like eyes.

"Who are you?"

The one before him didn't look like a pro-hero. But it also didn't resemble a villain. So what was it? What the hell was it doing here? And why was it wrecking his show?

"I am Konrad, and I will help you meet your maker."

With a deep voice reminding one of a middle-aged man, the humanoid polar bear introduced itself and stated its purpose to the young villain.

"You think you alone can win against me? Or the three of us?"

Shigaraki's eyes squinted since he never heard such arrogant words uttered before him in his entire life.

"Who says I'm alone?"

"Wha-"

*Bang!*

The young villain couldn't continue speaking as a bullet penetrated his thighs out of nowhere. It made him almost cry out in pain, but he stopped himself and immediately ordered Nomu.

"Take care of them, Nomu."

There was no hesitation or delay. Nomu stopped restraining Aizawa and charged towards the invader.

On the other hand, Kurogiri was finding a chance to take his young lord out of the precarious situation.

However, Nomu was halted in his charge as a buff blonde man wearing an ordinary teacher's clothing appeared in his path.

He stood tall with determination and confidence that rivaled the undying flames of the sun. He was the No. 1 Pro Hero, who bore the title of the world's Symbol of Peace.

All Might.

"It looks like he doesn't need my help at all."

Lady Nagant saw Konrad with All Might fighting against the unnaturally strong monster. She turned her gaze at her Master, who stared near the USJ's entrance with a smile.

She followed her Master's peering gaze and took notice of the injured and unconscious Pro-Hero, Thirteen.

"Is Master interested in Thirteen?"

Her Master was rarely interested in Pro-Heroes, so Makima's current intrigue was unexpected for Lady Nagant.

"Perhaps... She has a powerful quirk called Black Hole, but she is kind of a pacifist that doesn't want to fight."

"Quite disappointing for a quirk with high potential."

Makima stopped looking at Thirteen, though the edges of her lips slowly rose.

"But I can make her fight for me, Lady Nagant."

"Do you think that is a good idea?"

Lady Nagant finally understood what her Master was planning to do. If Thirteen really stopped her pacifistic way and worked obediently for her Master.

Obviously, it wouldn't be a bad idea.

"It's excellent, Master."

"Shall I bring her to you?"

Besides, she was also curious about how her Master's ability worked. The power to dominate anyone's mind wasn't unheard of. But to the scale of her Master's, it wasn't considered possible.

"No need... Let's go to her instead and bring her back with us."

Makima disappeared from the spot while Lady Nagant followed after taking a glimpse of All Might and Konrad's battle against Nomu.

Near the USJ's entrance were several students directly saved by the passing All Might. One amongst them was Uraraka, the bubbly girl with chestnut-colored hair.

She was tending the knocked-out Pro-Hero, who was fortunately not too injured from being assaulted by her own destructive quirk.

But as Uraraka administered first-aid, she noticed two individuals walking towards them. They wore jet-black suits, making them resemble public servants.

The surrounding students felt tense with the silent arrival of two unknown individuals.

Ashido, the pink-haired girl who was a bit confident, looked at the two and questioned who they were.

"Who are you? Did Tenya-kun send you here to rescue us?"

Lady Nagant saw the trembling pink girl and felt saddened. Did she look that scary to others? Why? Was it the black suit?

"We aren't here to rescue you, kids."

"We are here because of the villains over there."

"They need to be judged."

Lady Nagant took the chance to answer the kid's question, making the pink girl tremble even more from her cold words.

"Lady Nagant, you are making them afraid."

"You need to remember how to smile, for your sake. If you don't want to do it for yourself, then... At least, do it for me."

Makima walked forward with a pleasant smile rivaling a glorious and graceful saint. The term that a Devil comes in the most beautiful and righteous form wasn't far from the truth.

As Makima arrived before Ashido, she patted the pink girl while tilting her head with a smile. Her golden and hypnotic eyes gazed directly at Ashido's jet-black eyes.

"I'll introduce myself."

"I am Makima, the leader of Counter Division."
