1 Chapter 1: Mini Arc 1

He stares at lines of code on his PC in the bedroom of his 1 bed 1 bath apartment. He plops his elbows on his desk and starts rubbing his eyes as he lets out a frustrated and exhausted sigh. "Why is it so complicated to create you Ari?" Ian says as he looks over his notes on his desk, rechecks the YouTube videos, and online instructions on his phone to figure out what inputs/output directives he needs to add or delete or fix to get a working a.i.

He looks up at the clock and it is already 3 AM and he starts work at 7. "Whoa, man I really should get to bed and get at least some sleep" he groans. Ian really wanted to get more progress done on his a.i., he already came up with a name Ari, tonight but he has to pay the bills somehow. So he closes his notes and sets his alarms to wake him up in a couple of hours, but when he was about to shut down his program page for Ari, he felt a small breeze pick up in his room.

Ian then looked over towards where he felt the air shift, he saw between him at his desk and his bed, he could see the actually space was distorting and a hole opening. Ian was so shocked he practically jumped out of his chair knocking it over in the process and backing away from the hole . The hole began growing larger until it was the size where you could walk comfortably through it.

With the hole being big enough he could see through it. Ian saw a man about his height walk through while all Ian can do is just be frozen awe struck by the mere impossibility that he is witnessing in that moment.

Looking from what Ian can only assume is a portal, or hole in space at least, in his bedroom to the man who just walked through it as Ian notes is wearing a black trench coat, white shirt, black pants, who walked through. Then Ian is frozen in place again because the man looks exactly like him if not a bit older then him. Before Ian can do anything else the man speaks a little awkwardly.

"Hi ... it is nice to meet ... uh me? I know this seems really weird or crazy and you're probably thinking..." The man and Ian say at the same time "what the f**k?".

They both just look at each other for a second before they both do a little chuckle from jinxing each other. Ian however recovers just as fast focus back on the fact of the total stranger who just appeared in his bedroom through a portal.

"Wait No! Who are you?!" Ian starts to frantically look for some kind of weapon to arm himself with.

The man raises his hands a little and says "Hey like I just said I know this is crazy but it's true I am you ... just from another universe."

Ian just glares a bit at the man but quickly remembers the man just walked through a freaking portal like it's a normal thing so he starts to calm down a little but is still wary of the man.

"S-so ... what are you here for?"

Other Ian says "To be honest with you I am just started my journey through the multiverse, also by the way the multiverse theory real 100%."

"You really expect me to believe that" Ian says with an eyebrow raised questionably.

"Oh you already do believe it cause I know you, I am you, and we have always expected and pretty much anyone who know that if the multiverse theory turn out to be true then anything, like even this very situation, could happen" smirking confidentially at Ian

Ian closes his eyes and deeply inhales and exhales a few times then says "Ok" Ian clamly says "I'm ok, so what you just popping through or what?"

"... Basically yeah" Other Ian says.
