As we walked back home, the people could not help but cheer for us. Yes, the threat has been defeated and they are excited. Who wouldn't be happy and impressed? I can't wait to see the reaction of those who had mocked and belittled us, I can't wait to see them running back to us with their knees on the ground, begging for mercy. Ha! How fun it would be.

"My lord! My lord!" I heard someone call behind us, we turned to see who it is and it was a man. We stood and waited for him to come close enough. "My lord, take this..." he said as he handed a small pouch to me.

"What's this and what's it for?" I asked with a confused expression. I knew what was inside the small pouch but I wanted the others to hear it.

"It's a small amount of money, I know it's not enough for you but I want you to have it. It's a token of appreciation so please don't reject it!"
