Kiel's Fears

"Are you sure you guys want to do this?" Ben asked the men.

"Do we look like we are here for fun?" The leader of the group asked with a sneer. "Tell this kid to hand over the money to us and we will leave immediately!" He added as he drew out a dagger.

Out of nowhere, I began to laugh at them. They looked at me with confused gazes, this got them even more confused and angry at the same time.

"What is so funny?" The leader asked as he could no longer take it.

"It's funny how you fools kept following us till we got to this point. Don't tell me this is how jobless and stupid you are," I said.

"They have been following us?" The waiter asked in surprise.

"Of course. They have," I replied to her and then faced the masked men. "You know your head is dead and you know how he died, why then are you trailing me? You know, my only regret is that I didn't kill him myself rather, I let her do the work for me."

"You what? You purposely gave me your sword to kill?" The waiter asked.
